Ca Orthopaedic Institute Physical & Occupational Therapy Clinic

At age 23, I had an ACL and meniscus tear reconstruction surgery at this orthopaedic facility and then had my PT here every week for 5 months. I was initially worried that after my surgery, I would never perform in sports and physical activities the same way again. However, the PT team (and shout out Dr. Erwteman as well) supported me, reality checked me, made sure I was patient with recovery, and brought me back better than ever. A major shout out to Kristy, Shane, Jirael and all of the wonderful PT assistants for getting me back in shape again! Would highly this clinic to anyone.

We all know how stressful recuperating from a major surgery (total knee replacement) can be. Add to it I did not even have any assisted devices to help me move about afterwards (walker, crutches) due to poor planning. After the first week at home, Physical Therapy reached out to me and asked where you? I had to explain that due to poor planning I do not have any crutches to move about and plus maneuver my stairs to attend. I assumed that I should have such crutches for our next session. The next session arrived, and still no such devices but more excuses. I was told later to come by and pick them up and pay for them? I explained how in world do I maneuver my stairs and pick up crutches and plus I’ve already met my deductible and out of pocket so I should not be charged? I basically at that point ordered a pair from Amazon for expedited delivery. Not soon afterwards Francesca the supervisor from Ca Orthopaedic Institute Physical & Occupational Therapy reached out to me and said I am less than 10 minutes away and will deliver crutches to you donated from previous clients. This is not what they do as a service at all. I was shocked during her lunch she was at my porch and made sure they fitted properly. I was quite frankly blown away from this kind gesture after all I went through. She scheduled me for the next day’s first session and there afterwards. I want to give a special shout out and thanks to Francesca for going beyond and helping me at this stressful event. You are awesome! You are dynamite! You are extraordinarily. Thank you!

I am very grateful to Shane and his assistants Carly, Dana and Claudia for guiding me through my rotator cuff rehab. Also to Francesca for overseeing and evaluating my progress. Very positive environment. Very supportive even when patients are hurting and difficult to deal with. This one could observe as it is an open work area. Great communication during therapy. I kept progressing each and every visit. Overall a very good experience during a very difficult time.

Kristine was a truly great therapist who helped my broken elbow get back to normal, and Sara in front office went the extra mile to coordinate scheduling and authorization matters.
