The front desk and staff are always very kind, my only complaint is the apathetic attitude of the doctor, when having a crisis she told me that I'm just in a funk (that has lasted three monthsso far) and insinuating that I'm not even trying, it felt like I was attempting to speak with a narcissistic robot, and I feel that they are taking a Monopolized approach because of the mental health crisis at hand.They have one doctor to treat the entire area of Versailles and I would not recommend the doctor to anyone. It might just make things worse. The one star is for my experiences with all the other staff and nurses, I'd give them five stars if I could, but the doctor, it seems, is not qualified to treat mental health patients. If you want therapy there is a year or longer on the waiting list. This is so sad, and it should not be allowed to continue in this way.

Front desk attendant was rude and discouraging. Told me they take walk-ins. Then when we came, told me “yeah you can walk in and fill out this application then wait for us to call you for an appointment.” What a JOKE. We left there feeling worse than before. We were hopeful. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who is struggling mentally. Horrible attitude to be having in a mental health facility. You offer BEHAVIORAL therapy. So what’s the front desk woman’s excuse? Book yourself an appointment.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I was seen by this place for mental health for probably at least 5-6 years and I had problems with them from the start. The majority of their case workers seem like they don’t care about their clients, they hardly show up when they are supposed to and they rarely even call. I’ve set up appointments, took a 20 minute ride to the office on the day of the appointment just for them to tell me the doctor can’t see me because he’s on lunch break and they would tell me I had the time wrong but I had a card with the time wrote on it that they wrote themselves. They have sent my medications and my fiancé’s medications to the wrong pharmacy and I had to call several times just to get it fixed and figure out where the meds were even sent to, not to mention it’s rare for anyone in the versailles office to even pick up the phone. I tried for 2 or 3 weeks to get my caseworker to call me and she never did. It was very common that they would schedule appointments without telling me and I would have no idea until I got a text notification about the appointment a day or two before and as busy as I am and with my anxiety I don’t always read texts because I try to stay off my phone in general so I have missed several appointments because of this. I’m just trying to warn anyone before they try to get services here to consider a different company and try to avoid all the stress and hassle this place causes.

I love the service and professionalism I get from Burrell. I explained my personal preferences and my anxieties and they have been very obliging. I have seen them practically ever week for over a year and feel like I have made so much progress since I first started. Staff, therapists and doctors are amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Made my mental health worse of anything , every time they gave me an appointment card, and sent an appointment reminder message through text, it was wrong. When I went in for my appointment today at 1:45 they said I missed my appointment and that it was at 11. And this was the 3rd and finally time they do this to me . I’m done having anxiety about it

Worst place ever. Giving them one star is giving them credit they don’t deserve. They will lose your paid receipts countless times..so just make sure you keep every single one!!

This place is the reason people don't even try to get help.
