I love this company! I worked there and they offered a fun and supportive work environment. They encourage upward growth within the company and there's a lot of opportunities. The CEO is really kind and always looking for ways to improve the team and communication.

Please stay away. And I’m not trying to be snooty or rude. But this place is just so unorganized. The only positive I can say is they respond quick. That’s it. They kept changing my son’s therapist. He had 3 in ONE month! They don’t seem to be fully qualified either. The employees kept quitting. And to top it off I saw their job listing on indeed and nowhere on there did it say a degree in child development was needed or any type of experience/knowledge was required. That was my last straw. Pulled my son from here for those reasons

I was referred to Burnett as a patient. Before I could schedule my first appointment I was sent an enormous packet including dozens of pages of questions involving sensitive topics such as physical abuse, sexual abuse, and body issues. They expect that all these questions are answered in essay format prior to beginning therapy. This shows an astonishing lack of tact and empathy from a place that is supposed to be offering therapy. When I objected, I was told "Well, our other patients don't have a problem with it."

STAY AWAY!!!! They sent us this incompetent guy named David, who showed up without a single tool/activity/plan to work with our child. On the 3rd day of him making his visit,he made a comment to our oldest son saying "training dogs is similar to what we're doing here"...referring to his previous job as a dog trainer and comparing it to working with our autistic son. He's lucky I wasn't home at the time. Then they assigned a different therapist who just never showed up on the assigned date and was never heard from again... Whoever runs this place has terrible communication, I honestly don't believe they have qualified therapist, and I recommend you to not let anyone into your home from this company, it literally feels like they just send anyone. Please stay safe and look after yourself and loved one's.

The people were kind, but we were not at all on the same page about my child. We've received services through 2 other ABA providers, prior to trying BTS, and they were no where near in agreement with us, or even in the same ballpark on recommended hours as the previous 2 providers we received services from. My impression is that wanting to do parent-led ABA with BTS, meant we were an after-thought. The hours I was told BTS would most likely offer us was completely different than what they ultimately decided to offer. For us, this was a huge waste of time. We will be seeking services for our child through other avenues.

I have been pleased with this company since the beginning. They are professional, competent, caring and put the needs of the child first. I have worked with 2 specialists and have been pleased with both. I would absolutely recommend them.

This company needs to be reported to the Ethics Board immediately. I did not have a good experience here personally.
