Burger Physical Therapy

The therapist was great, but the administration is terrible. I got a message to reschedule my appointment, I followed the link and rescheduled for a few days later. Got s confirmation with the time and the therapists name. When I show up to my appointment they told me that the therapist doesn't work there anymore and that they can't book me with another one for a whole month.

People who work there seem nice enough but everything is super unorganized. They don't answer their phone and they don't listen to voice mail (at least not often).

They only get 3 stars.. therapy was good, no complaints there. My complaint is now I am waiting on them for paperwork. My Doctors want to do a spinal injection, but insurance won’t do anything until they get the every visit report from Burger. I went there yesterday to try and get them myself, and was told the people who handle that is someplace else. I asked for a phone number, and the lady at front seat said she doesn’t have their number how do you not know their phone number? How do people get in touch with them. All she had was an email address. Even my doctors office has tried to reach out to them many times with no answer.. so I’m stuck in limbo..

We've been going here for about a month. Very pleased with the level of treatment offered by the Physical Therapists so far. We like that no two visits are exactly the same, and they always build upon what was leraned the last visit. It is in a fairly large shopping center and there are not enough Handicapped spaces near the building Burger is in. Not Burger's fault though.

This is a great place for physical therapy, we have used their service 3 times for our family and they are great. The staff is friendly and the know what they are doing. Priya is great, she helped with recover from frozen shoulder in no time.

It was my first time there. Friendly employees and staff. Clean place
