Burger Physical Therapy

I received excellent care from Payal and Leah during my 6 weeks of physical therapy, as well as their assistants Gillian and Sarah. I would definitely recommend Burger PT for any patients needing physical therapy.

After several failed attempts by phone and email to get an appointment, I gave up. Had surgery and needed physical therapy. I had to choose another PT and paid out of pocket because my insurance company only covered Burger.

I've been at this facility in Folsom I see how they treat certain people in wheelchairs they make you roll yourself to the back without giving you any assistance talking about is good for the exercise which is sad there is a tension of racism in this place the pool for physical therapy was dirty and slimy especially at the bottom of the pool where it was very slimy I couldn't wait to get home and scrub myself clean at times it was so awkward even though I only have three visits I didn't want to go back I just couldn't do it no more between the dirty pool and the awkward treatment of the people there they talking about good service toward people they're lying if you're in the wheelchair 300 lb or Plus they treat you poorly talking about if you drown we can't help you I can swim but that was literally said to me I did physical therapy at another place way better but when it came to this place for a pool it was awful so people need to beware especially if you're a minority or in a wheelchair

I strongly advise against choosing Burger Therapy for any services. The experience was incredibly disappointing, characterized by discourteous, rude, and unprofessional service. The issues began with attempting to schedule an appointment: despite multiple calls and voicemail messages, there was no response. Once services commenced, my hours were unexpectedly reduced from one hour to half an hour on the second day, and my appointment was canceled without prior notice. Despite expressing my concerns via email about these experiences, there has been no response even after a month. Given these experiences, I have discouraged my friends and family from choosing Burger Therapy. Additionally, I have informed my healthcare provider not to recommend their services.

Burger Physical Therapy is the best. Every member of the staff has never been anything but professional and caring. Since I was hit head-on by a drunk driver 50 years ago I have needed PT on numerous occasions and in my experience the staff at Burger Folsom are the best. Since completing my Dr prescribed sessions, I have utilized their independent program where as you can use the facilities and equipment as much and as often as you like for any extreamly resonable monthly fee. I don't think you can find a better physical therapy group in the Sacramento region.

The place is very clean . Doctors are great and so as the assistants , really professional staff. I finished my 8 sessions successfully. Thank you so much you did great job.

Completely unprofessional. I took my son in for a speech evaluation and was told he needed to be seen for the next six months. The therapist said someone would follow up in a few days to schedule his appointments. Never heard from anyone so finally called and left a message. Was called back and told basically that they could not accommodate seeing him as another person has just quit. Would have been nice and professional to let me know that so I could have started the process of getting him care someplace else. Completely unacceptable to not let someone know that when a child's care is involved. Wouldn't go back.

I sustained an injury known as plantar fasciitis due to my over excessive zeal for running. Thankfully just recently I finally got approved by my insurance for a treatment for my feet. It’s my fifth visit to this place for the treatments and so far I worked with 4 different therapists, and I have to say every single one has been pleasant and professional. They do try to accommodate your request and it’s always a thin line between what a patient thinks he needs and what is actually needed. But to explain and navigate to a patient as well as keep the patient happy - can take a lot of patience. This place definitely has it. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking where to get their treatment, you will find professional approach and great team of people to work with.
