Burger Physical Therapy

Place was ok. Teller staff customer service was a little under average. They seems indifferent and cold. Pay and sit down attitude. The physical therapy it self was ok. The trainers were average. Their attitude was nice.They often help multiple patients at one time and I had to wait quite a bit for each exercise. For the hour I was there, 30 min was just waiting around waiting for future direction from them.

Dave and Dennis are fantastic and absolutely changed my life. My back issue was from an injury that went untreated for a while. They challenged me every time I went in and gave me TENS therapy after each session to help me recover and enable me to continue to push harder at the next session. My pain level was lowered substantially and I'm super thankful to the PTAs here who helped me get there.

I highly recommend this place. After my auto accident, I was in very much pain. David was treating me, and I couldn't ask for a better person. I was given great exercises and shoulder and back massage at the end of each session. The combination of both helped me to heal fast. At that time, I, also, was pregnant and my treatment was modified to fit my body abilities and requirements. I, honestly, had fun during each session. David would always make me smile and would always brighten up my day. I am extremely thankful to him and everyone else who was involved in my healing!

So glad to finally get the help that I need. Scott is very professional, kind and loves working with people...that means a lot coming from me. I feel comfortable coming here. The environment and atmosphere is great and although I don't particularly like doing somethings in front of others, the staff here makes me not worry about it.

I brought my mom for her backache. Dave did an amazing job, and my mom feels much better now. Julie is also very supportive and caring. I recommend this place to everyone who needs physical therapy.

Worst customer service ever. No one ever directly answers the phone. You have to leave a message and they supposedly get back to you within 2 days. After several days I called back again requesting an appointment. They finally called me back but unfortunately my phone was off. I called back left a message and emailed them explaining what happened and to please try again. They never did. It’s been a week now. They need hire more intake workers.

Awesome facility with staff who are very knowledgeable, friendly, and very funny. Dave and Derrick helped me out a ton and I had a lot of fun with them. Great place!

This is the best PT place hands down. Love the caring staff and the work they do. Thank you for making me feel better Scott and staff!
