Previous experience would have def received a 5. Now... a 2 maybe a 3. Don't know what has changed, but there is a definite lack of care, response to referral, and response to request for care. I've gone to Burch for to 9 or so years. I went to Burch and had the best up to date and knowledgeable care. Now,.close to a month after a referral and a phone call by me, with no resonse, i finally get a call abt the referral. Have to wonder...what has happened? Do I continue to trust this PT and the practice? Would you?

Very nice place but after 5 years of doing pt with them they charged me 25 dollars to fax records to surgeon to get a new back fusion approved through worker comp and then I would be returning for more pt. After this I will find another place to do my pt as they made thousands off me over the years. I guess the 25 dollars was more important. To bad I'm very disappointed.
I have been a patient at Burch Physical Therapy for 15 + years with various health issues. They have always been very welcoming, patient, informative and helpful. Bryan and his staff work to get their patients back to the best that they can be. You leave with the knowledge to continue to maintain and even improve your health status. Their Next Step Program also is a valuable tool to help you in your journey to health, allowing you to work out in a safe environment with staff available to assist you.
I highly recommend Burch Physical Therapy to anyone seeking high quality physical therapy services. All of the physical therapists, the assistants, technicians, and office staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’ve had successful rehabilitation of both my knee/lower leg and shoulder at Burch, and especially appreciated that the treatment plans were tailored to my individual needs. The staff also provided me with the information and resources to continue building strength and flexibility at home and through their remarkable Next Step program to maintain the best possible results. Thanks to everyone at Burch Physical Therapy!
I have led a rather careless lifestyle and have used Brian Burch numerous times in the past. We go back quite a few years. Everything about Burch Physical Therapy is first class; from the ample parking to the immaculate facilities and comprehensive gym. But most of all this is a place where healing is a priority. The staff are excellent from the front desk to the therapist their assistants and technicians. All these people are compassionate and concerned about Rehabilitation and do so with a smile and helpful attitude. I heartily recommend Brian Burch Physical Therapy and I'm glad to offer this recommendation.
First appointment went great. Afterward, disappointment as they stuck me with assistants who gave me repetitive stretches for weeks which became stagnant with no feedback/suggestions for strengthening or improvement. Found more stretches & strengthening exercises online.
All of the therapists at Burch Physical Therapy have helped me to get out of pain while making it fun. I’m 69 years old and feel everyone who has medical or good insurance for that matter, needs to ask their Dr. for a prescription for therapy. Movement and exercise is better than any medication. Personally, l love exercising in the warm pool, they even have a treadmill in the pool. Again, do yourself a favor and ask your doctor to refer you for physical therapy at Burch Physical Therapy. You will feel so much better!
