I truly loved working with Sigri! I found her on Instagram and started working with her to fix my diastis after my twins. I really liked that the work we did was 1:1 instead of me trying videos and workout programs on my own. I started to notice my core returning to normal after my first few sessions with her, and now I’m back to feeling/looking much more myself pre-babies! If anyone is on the fence, I would HIGHLY recommend jumping in. You won’t get another personalized experience (in your own home too!) that is so intentional and effective.

I sought physical therapy in the 3rd trimester of my second pregnancy. I was suffering from severe tailbone pain (leftover from damage from my first birthing experience), some pelvic floor pain, and some general pregnancies aches and pains. I chose Bump Fit because I heard such great things from other moms in my area. What made this care different was that it was so much more personalized to my situation and her coming into my home was so much more convenient! I experienced results within the first 2 sessions, specifically relief in my tailbone that made walking much less painful and made me feel stronger overall. After I had my second baby (using advice from Sigri on laboring), I continued to see Sigri and felt ready to get back into my workout routine. I would highly recommend moms work with Sigri to feel like themselves again!

I would highly recommend Sigri! I’ve had 4 kids in the last 8 years and have done a fair amount of pelvic floor physical therapy in the past, much of which was disappointing. Sigri came to my house at least twice to help me close my diastasis recti, mitigate my SI joint pain and provide me with exercises for my mild Symphysis pubic dysfunction (SPD). She has multiple young children and has a thorough understanding of the body, and in my case, pre and post partum care.

Working with Sigri was one of the best choices I made for supporting my 3rd pregnancy. I was seeking relief for typical pregnancy aches and pains in my pelvis and SI joint laxity. Receiving care in my own home was so convenient, really unique and wonderful… No driving! No waiting room! And I loved learning to use my own environment for PT exercises. My typical visits with Sigri had a bodywork portion (i.e. massage, cupping, taping) and an exercise portion. The combination of bodywork and exercises gave me a lot of relief. I felt great after my appointments and empowered to do my own strengthening and supporting exercises until our next visit. With Sigri's care and plan, I felt super strong in this pregnancy! I truly felt like I could go a whole month past my due date. Besides being an expert in supporting pregnancy/postpartum pain and concerns, Sigri is just a really lovely human being who is super fun to talk to. If you need pregnancy or postpartum support, don’t hesitate to get her help!

I loved my experience with Bump Superfit. I came out feeling stronger and I so appreciated Sigri’s level of care and knowledge to help me get there. Would 1000% do it again!

I reached out to Sigri based on a recommendation from my midwife. She was incredibly responsive and was able to set up an initial consult quickly. When life kept interrupting my scheduled appointments, it was easy to reschedule and she never made me feel bad for the changes. After every appointment, she emailed me videos and the exercises for me to complete until the next visit. I liked that I only communicated with Sigri; she handled all of the billing, scheduling, and hands on teaching/assessing. She really seemed to listen to my goals and my concerns when she created my individualized plan. I am seeing results after 2 months and I look forward to seeing more progress in my everyday functional activities. It took me years to decide to start PT and I'm so glad Sigri was the first Pelvic Floor PT that I reached out to; if I had known it would be so easy to get PT at home and with a compassionate provider, I would have done it years ago.

I reached out to Sigri a year after the birth of my third child. I had three children within the span of five years and wanted to make sure I was able to heal and strengthen my core and overall physical health from the inside out. I chose Sigri based on the fact that I'd been following her on Instagram for some time and her posts always resonated with me. I was so happy to see she was local. With consistency and Sigri's guidance, I am achieving my desired results. I keep her tips in mind when engaging in other workouts (strength training, pilates) and realized that I have a solid foundation now. I feel stronger and more confident. I would highly recommend!

I was referred to Sigri through my midwife's office because I was dealing with pelvic floor pain following the birth of my baby. Sigri was warm and professional, and her 6 week program was a great balance of strengthening exercises and stretches to help ease the aches and pains of early motherhood. She was prompt and thorough in her communications, and always sent thorough follow up instructions via email following our appointments. Having her come to my home for appointments was also a major bonus when dealing with a new baby. Really grateful to have crossed paths with her, and would eagerly recommend her to friends who've had a baby.
