Cannot say enough good things about the PT Dana Perreault at Building Bridges!! My daughter started seeing her at 12 months and was not even crawling - when we completed PT, she was walking and running! Dana was thorough, kind, extremely knowledgeable and patient. Makes perfect sense as to why she does what she does! She made the experience fun and educational for both me as the parent and my daughter! Would totally recommend BB and especially Dana!

We love Ms Hayley. She is my daughter's speech therapist from more than 2 yrs now. She is so sweet, patient and extremely helpful.

Not a good experience. I was charged for no show because of my personal emergency ( they didn’t pick up phone when i tried calling to inform them). Even at one time my appointment was cancelled when i was on the way. Seems they just have one way policy

Building Bridges is great! I highly recommend them. Our therapist, Dana Owens, was wonderful. My son was about 18 months old and he wasn’t even pulling to stand yet. Now at 22 months he is walking everywhere, and almost running! She has a wealth of knowledge about all things related to physiology and therapy. She is also very kind and patient with little ones even when they are very fussy. It was a pleasure working with her! The whole staff seems very concerned and caring. They all give very detailed summaries after sessions to parents who don’t attend with their children. I am glad I found this place.

Our son received speech services through Building Bridges therapy and we loved it! Sarah was his therapist and she was detailed in explaining the different activities they completed together and over time we saw big changes with how our son was able to articulate his words. So thankful for the hard work put in, he’s more confident and knows how to self correct himself. Thanks Building Bridges!

Our child didn't even crawl when we started coming to Building Bridges Therapy. With the amazing work by Ms. Dana Owens he is walking on his own less than 5 months later. Dana was a god sent and instructed our baby with care and empathy. She is also very professional and sent us follow up emails with exercises we can do with him at home between sessions to maximize the treatment. Thank you Dana and the rest of the crew at Building Bridges you really helped our son and I will always recommend anyone that needs physical therapy for their child to come to them.

Our daughter has been in speech, occupational, and physical therapy from 10 months onward. She is now almost 7. She receives all of these services currently at Building Bridges. Prior to Building Bridges she went to another therapy office in Cumming. We had absolutely no idea what we were missing until our daughter began at Building Bridges. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. After each therapy session the therapist spends time with us to discuss what they worked on, things we can do at home, and goals they are working towards. We have seen more progress made in our daughter's abilities in the few months we have been at Building Bridges than we saw in well over a year at our previous office. The owners are accessible and very kind and professional. They have gone the extra mile for us several times. You cannot find a better therapy office than Building Bridges.

When your child has speech delays, you naturally get them speech therapy. Building Bridges provided us great services through many therapists as the our schedule kept changing (Courtney, Leslie, and Beth to name a few).Additionally OT helped organize my twins minds to prepare them for speech and improve speech performance not to mention many other skills (Paten and Karen changed our lives). When we heard the word “spectrum” it was incredibly daunting but ABA was also offered at Building bridges and now through a stand alone facility Leaps therapy clinic. Leaps is also filled with amazing therapists (Katie, Allison, Hannah). “Early Intervention” is always recommended and what that means is start early and do everything. We started speech when my twins were about 2.5, followed by OT. We started ABA when they were 3. They graduated ABA in 6 months. By 5 my twins have graduated from speech and OT as well and have joined a typical public classroom and are flourishing. The last 3 years has definitely been a journey but a key factor in their success was Building Bridges and the consistent, comprehensive services and guidance they offered. My twins have grown, learned and excelled, and we are filled with gratitude. I highly recommend Building Bridges to parents and am happy to be used as a reference.
