Dr. Matt and both Marys at reception are great. I felt as everyone there truly cared about my treatment and me as a person, wanting me to get better. Dr. Matt is so friendly and makes everything easy to understand. I really enjoyed going to see him for my treatment. He has a wealth of knowledge and is a true professional. Thank you for helping me get better.

I would like to take the time to share my experience at the Buffalo Back & Neck Physical Therapy. Starting with the receptionist. The two women who are at the front desk were so welcoming and kind. It was refreshing being greeted with a smile and by name. My physical therapist was Jason Rackmil. I highly recommend anyone with severe back pain to check him out. I started PT with years of back pain that was uncontrollable. My doctor recommended therapy, and I was so hesitant at first, already feeling defeated. I walked into therapy with the worst pain I have ever experienced, and by my last appointment, my back felt great with minimal to no pain at all. Jason was so kind and patient. He pushed me weekly to get stronger. Each week, I was motivated for my appointment to get my stretches in and learn a new exercise. My core is even stronger because of therapy. Months later and I still feel, Amazing! Since therapy I was able to get back into the gym and do high intensity workouts. Something I had to stop in the past because of my back. I have shed so much weight just being active again. I can honestly say I feel back to myself. From beginning to end, there's been a tremendous difference in my mobility, strength, and day to day activities. I honestly feel like a new person. Jason was a blessing to me. I am so thankful for him and his knowledge. I truly feel I came a very long way in such a short time. I could name so many things that are different now that I struggled with when I first walked into my first appointment. I still utilize my exercises and stretches. I also would like to mention how friendly everyone was. Great vibes and nice energy It made Therapy go by with a breeze. I chose Buffalo Back and Neck after reading all of the positive reviews. I am so grateful I made the right choice. Again. I highly recommend. Warmest regards, Keretta

Matthew is an amazing physical therapist. I had never had PT before coming here, but Matthew was recommended by my primary after I reported persistent neck pain. From my very first visit, Matthew made me feel at ease and explained things in a way that I could understand. He really seems to love what he does, and in shows in the way that he interacts with his patients. More importantly, he has worked wonders on my neck pain. I would recommend him to anyone!

When I came in, I was having issues walking properly after a knee replacement. The various doctors I visited could not figure out why. My orthopedic dr. (not surgeon) recommended Matt and indicated he sent his father to see him. Dr. Matt Smith diagnosed my condition, and has been working on getting me walking normally again. He's concerned about helping all his patients, being careful not to cause other problems due to exercises he prescribes. He listens to concerns. If one thing doesn't work (i.e. causes pain in another weak area), he finds a suitable alternative. I'm finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. I'd recommend Matt to everyone.

Dr. Mathew Smith is amazing! He is very professional, knowledgable, caring, great listener and always looking for solutions to get better results. I was referred to him by my friend and will highly recommend him to anyone in need of physical therapy. I came to him with the pain in my shoulder. The initial exam was very detailed and lasted almost an hour. Every appointment after that I felt like I am his most valued patient and friend. Even though there are usually couple of people there, but you can hear what they say—they feel the same. He pays attention and notices everyone's work, gives recommendations, immediate corrections if your work is not as good as could be by his standards. He loves people and loves his job. This is the rare quality today among health practitioner. I had a "frozen shoulder" and my condition and range of motion dramatically improved. I am almost back to where I should be and should be done pretty soon. Thank you, Dr. Mat, you are the best!

I have to say prior to beginning therapy I honestly did not think my symptoms would improve. I enjoy the sport of basketball and when Shooting the ball I could not reach the basket unless I was directly in front of it. Dr. Matt has done an incredible job with helping me get back to where I was prior to the pinched nerve. He is very thorough and he explains everything. He has been a great coach lol...I would recommend him to EVERYONE! Thank You Matt for EVERYTHING!!🙏🏾🙏🏾

I have been going to Matthew for vestibular therapy. Matthew is kind, concerned and determined to fix the problem. It has been longer than expected but is getting there. He listens carefully to make sure he understands exactly what is going on. Also he reassures you like he has me if you get down at all. All in all Matthew makes it an enjoyable experience and highly recommend him!!!

Matt is my PT and he is very kind and explains everything well. He has helped me with both ankle injuries as well as a neck injury. I know I can always call if anything comes up. Also, Mary at the front desk is so friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend!
