I got a gift certificate for massage for my birthday. Ask them to give me a courtesy reminder because it was two weeks out. No reminder I rescheduled it And ask them University to give me a phone reminder the day before they called me an hour before the appointment asked if my boss had passed away I said yes, so I can’t make my Appointment. I called and left a message about rescheduling yet. They never got back to me. I went in there today to see what was going on now they want me to pay for a massage. It’s a bunch of silly girls there. I don’t think they’re really know what they’re doing. Beautiful

The staff at Buena Vida are very professional, supportive and they listen to my concerns. Being an older patient with mobility issues, I am never made to feel like it's part of getting older. The personal attention I receive is second to none and I really appreciate all the precautions they take to ensure my safety in this awful time of COVID. The therapy at Buena Vida Physical Therapy & Wellness is given by therapists who are very well trained to provide the appropriate exercise regimen for repair and healing. When I have therapy there, I feel that they really care for me and they listen to concerns and watch diligently for positive results.

Everyone is consciously focused on the patient whether it is the front desk staff or the therapists. I am receiving great care and instructions for home care. If I forget how to do something I can find one of the videos to remind me. I do my part and they do theirs. Thank you to each person responsible for making for an excellent experience.

From yoga to massage to meditation to exercise to physical therapy, I appreciate the variety and quality of therapeutic activities Buena Vida Wellness Center offers. I have also enjoyed and appreciated other efforts that Buena Vida has made to improve Little Las Vegas such as participation in river activities, cat yoga, local artist art shows, and other community partnerships. The staff is always helpful and friendly - and Stella and DeAnn are simply awesome! Thank you Buena Vida crew for being a fantastic asset to our community.

Any time I need pt I request to be sent here to Buena Vida. Stella and her staff are very professional,caring,and understanding of their patients needs. I have been to Buena Vida a few times for different injuries. I will refuse to go anywhere else... Buena Vida is the best ❤️
