Nick, the owner is a great guy,, very friendly and always tries to accommodate your request. I am a regular user of cryotherapy and I only use Nrrrr here locally. It really benefits me for injury recovery, workout recovery , joints and arthritis. It takes a little getting used to because of the cold, but it feels great afterwards. Nick will work you into to the colder temps so your first one won’t be the coldest. A side benefit is it does help with weight loss, You also feel a nice burst of energy after the 3 minute session. Highly recommend Brrrf and support our local businesses!

Nick, the manager, is awesome, kind and very professional. I have had several full body treatments for my whiplash concussion with bad headaches, and now my headaches are almost gone. My osteoarthritis chronic pain is not as painful either. Because of my personal success, I had a friend try it. She struggled at first, but Nick really took special care with her, which gave her the courage and confidence to stay the full 3-minutes. I will keep Brrrrr Cryotherapy as part of my health regimen. Deborah is also great. She did a treatment on my head and oh my God, how wonderful it was. Even my eye pressure relaxed. I have tried the cryofacial as well and it too was magnificent. I plan to try other spot treatments as time goes on. Both Nick and Deborah makes this experience great for everyone who try cryotherapy. It is their gracious professional that make it worthwhile!

I went in and could not even bend down to take off shoes or put on the socks because my back was so bad. After one session I was able to remove the socks and walk out much easier. After the 2nd session I was back to normal Amazing results that last

So if it is your first time and you maybe anxious about doing cyrotherapy, I suggest you give this place and Nick a try for a great experience. I would go all the time but I do not live in the area. I love Brrrrr Cryotherapy! Doing cryo helped me out when my body was dealing with some major inflammation and i have to thank Brrrrr for helping me through it. Sessions are quick and efficient so you’re in and out and owners are so friendly!

Way better machines (colder!) than the other marin cryo place. And way more relaxed and professional vibe too :-) Editing to say after recently trying a fancy shmancy spa place in SF (the float plus cryo place, I forget the name) that I still think you get a better cryo experience here! The machine just seems colder and Nick can adjust on the fly to help you find your temperature sweet spot and get as cold as you can take it. For all my friends who ask me about cryo I recommend this place as my top choice for the most physically therapeutic cryo experience.
