I cannot give all the accolades and applause this facility deserves. I have witnessed the excellent care my mother is receiving, even when they didn't know I was there or watching. Unfortunately my mom is now in hospice, but able to still be here at Brown. Brown and hospice work harmoniously and are doing everything within their power to assure my moms comfortable stay. They go above and beyond, and when they say they are all like family, they mean it!! I have had words of encouragement and support from nurses and CNA's I don't come into contact with that much. I highly recommend this place. And keep in mind, no person or place is "PERFECT" but to me they really are my and moms medical heros. Thank you to the entire staff, from office personnel, nurses, CNAs, cleaning persons, and yes even their wonderful kitchen crew, y'all are rock stars in my book!!

That is all they are getting from me. They let my husband fall off the bed twice for not watching him like they should. He bruised his arm the first time and the second time he had to get stitches in his head and both arms skint and I am not going to let him stay another night. I don’t trust any of the nurses period. That place should be shut down and have a big law suit against them

All in all, this place is nice. One of the few nursing centers that doesn't smell. The nurse's and doctors seem to do a good job in keeping people informed. Definitely, would recommend

Opal at the front desk in the lobby has always been friendly and kind and so helpful! I enjoy seeing her and talking with her. During the Covid I am not able to see her and I miss her smiling face. She is always laughing and making me feel loved and welcome. She is the best out of all I have met!

Extremely understaffed... Especially on night shift. Not up to state code most nights on pairing nurses with the amount of patients. They work the nurses til they break. All for the sake of saving a few dollars and making more money. They need to hire more nurses... Very unhealthy/stressful working conditions especially for the nursing staff. I would never place my loved ones here... Not because of the nurses.. but because of management.

Too much responsibility on Charge Nurses. When your struggling the RCC ask you to do more. There is never enough CNA'S. 12 hr shift turns into 13 14 16 hr shifts. On your feet anywhere from 10 to 12 hrs. Pay is good and now I see why.
