First let me say they deserve higher than 5 stars. Great staff! I didn't feel like I was in a Drs office. This has been a pleasant experience. The front staff were superb. I was given coffee and greeted with smile. This clinic is top notch from front to back. The staff is pleasant and Dr. Love was extremely nice and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic. The ladies upfront Rock!!!

I had the best service today from Mrs. VALERIE she was very professional and friendly HAPPY, and just AWESOME!!!! She made my visit so pleasant and relaxing. This is the person and face you wanna see when you walk in. I just love her, and the staff there is also Awesome as well.

This place is great. I was greeted with a smile immediately when I walked in. The front deck staff were great, great attitudes and great customer service. I was in and out quickly, with very little wait time. Excellent service. Super clean facility. I will definitely come back!!!

Accompanied my husband to this facility for his DOT Physical. The computer system was down the day prior, so this day was rather busy with new and return patients. The front office staff handled it very professionally and with humor and grace. They offered each person that entered some water or coffee during their wait, apologized for the wait, and made sure to inform each client about the potential length of the wait from the start. They could have become flustered or short-tempered, but they didn't. Everyone was treated like they mattered and like the staff was happy to serve them. 100 percent would recommend.

The staff accepting patients into the health center were very helpful and polite. They were knowledgeable of the procedures and employment in which I am employed. The nursing staff and attending physician was encouraging and efficient in their duties. I would recommend anyone having to have medical evaluations performed for employment to seek assistance from the Brookwood Occupational Health Center in Oxmoor area.

I accompanied my employee for a worker's comp injury. The staff was extremely nice. In my opinion, this clinic is best all around. Efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant! Highly recommend.

Staff was awesome. Even though it was a bit of wait they were very friendly and welcoming. Once I made it to the back the nurses and Dr. Love were on point and fast.

Kyla and Valerie are excellent staff members that handle my paperwork in a very expedient and professional manner. Dr. Love is also a great health professional that knows what he's doing and I have been coming here for years.
