Brookside Rehabilitation & Wellness

Recently I had spine surgery and have spent the last two weeks recovering and learning how to safely return to my home. The staff is amazing, the facility immaculate and every detail for your comfort is addressed. I was transported from the hospital and again for a follow up appointment with my doctor. Wish I had room in this review to acknowledge everyone that has made it possible to return to my home with confidence that I will be just fine. Thank you everyone. I highly recommend ❤️

All the staff at Brookside Rehabilitation were extremely caring and helpful to my elderly mother. I greatly appreciate the care she received from the entire staff, while she was there. Castle Rock is fortunate to have a facility like this in our town.

I have just been discharged from the new Brookside Rehabilitation Facility. If I could give it six stars I would. Their therapists are excellent and helped me to find ways to keep my balance after having a stroke. Their nurses and CNA’s are wonderful. They were always more than happy to answer any questions I had and were prompt in responding to room calls. The rooms are private and have a bathroom and shower. They even provide a refrigerator, which I have never seen in a rehab.room before. Everyone was professional and happy to help however they could. If you or a loved one needs the services of a rehabilitation center, I strongly recommend the new Brookside Rehabilitation Facility. Ok, I just had another brief stay at Brookside. It is just as good if not better than before. The therapist and nurses are outstanding. Their assistances are wonderful. Olivia is one of them and she is just a sweetheart as is Rachelle. I don’t think you can find a better rehab.center.

Helpful staff, clean spaces, outstanding management - you and your loved ones will be thoroughly taken care of here. I only wish we had something like this in Virginia.
