This facility has been taking great care for my grandmother. The staff is attentive, kind, and professional. They communicate well and make sure my grandmother and my family's concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Brookside Is Amazing ! The Staff is Always friendly and the residents enjoy the activities coordinated for them daily . I’ve seen a huge improvement in the facility and am excited to see the future of Brookside Excel ! 🫶🏻

This place doesn’t even deserve one star, Horrible , My mom was only there three days and fell right on her face all bruised ,lied that they took her to the hospital they left her laying there and then between that time my mother had a stroke ,My family and I seen something was wrong, she is in the hospital right now fighting for her life due to the neglect unprofessional way they treated my mother today I have to make a choice to let my mother go or not ,due to this facility. Please if you want your parents to make it don’t ever send them there but Ombundsmen knows so please if you have a complaint call and report. She had a stroke and nobody ever sent her to the hospital and you’re right they never answer the phone or it goes to a machine sad that they have to take care of elderly people but neglect them

THIS PLACE REALLY IS A HAZARD TO THE COMMONWEALTH OF OUR ELDERLY!!! They treat them as if they are children. Nurses don't do their jobs correctly and cna's don't want to do their jobs at all. Please don't send any loved ones to this facility. They will get sicker being subject to this establishment than if they were out on their own. The turn around of the staff is so frequent that they don't stay long enough to get to know anyone's name. The staff is over worked and under paid, which causes them to take it out on some of the residents. I am just glad my mom has a voice of opinion in her prime years!!! Or she will just be walked all over like the rest of the patients there.

So far I haven't any serious problems with them. They have been on Covid-19 lockdown since admitting my wife in Mar of this year. I have just started seeing her on the outside instead of through the glass. I have a couple of issues to resolve and I'm waiting for a response. I will let you know how that progress in my next review.

If I could score this place lower than a 1, I would. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! My father is in the hospital fighting for his life as a result of the neglect and lack of care received at this place!!! Simply put....THEY DO NOT CARE!!! I’m too upset to write the full details but trust me when I say, keep looking and if this is your only choice, look some more!!!

I don’t have anything good to say about this place, I have half of my body paralyzed my left side due to an accident I can’t move my left side willingly and hospital sent me here after I woke up from a coma for physical therapy but soon they discharged me to my moms house. I fell out of my wheelchair in the dining room while I was there I have my left side fractured from my accident when they had picked me up I felt a bad snap on my left arm I had to go to my doctor, apparently I had to get surgery something I didn’t have to while at the hospital.

Hello...yes this place is horrible i was there in May,2021 and one morning i woke up with a red puffy eye,and advised my nurse Alicia, she informed the other lvn janet about that i needed medical attention due to my eye was so read and puffy,i said i need to go to the ER asap..and janet said i can't go,because the facility was on lock down i said don't matter i need medical attention or i gonna lose my eyesight, they didn't care so i couldn't go..they said i have to wait..i waited 2 weeks till they said i can go now..so i went to my eye doctor and he said i came to late..that my vision on my right eye is gone..so i am partially blind now...because of their negligence..so i need help to see what action i can take...i have 1 more year to file a lawsuit..
