Brooks Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic - New Port Richey

My husband and I have been using this Brooks on and off for 10 years. My husband can’t use pain medication so PT is the only management he can use. I had shoulder surgery and because of the PT here, I am back to full function with no frozen shoulder issues. Fran our PT has been a life saver! Her attentiveness , kindness and hands on approach has helped us not only heal from our different injuries, but move forward with a far better quality of life. The other therapists and staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve been to other PT companies before but we keep coming back to Brooks in New Port Richey and especially to Fran. From the very first phone call to schedule an appointment, my experience with Brooks Rehab has been exceptional. Jill at the front office was friendly and efficient, making the scheduling process smooth and hassle-free. Upon my first visit, I found the facility to be very nice and well-maintained. The professionalism of the staff is immediately evident, and everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. The office is also impressively clean, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere. Post brain surgery, I was left with a condition similar to a stroke, the team at Brooks Rehab has been treating me with those symptoms, and I am extremely grateful for their expertise. Brian has done an exceptional job with my occupational therapy, tailoring the sessions to meet my specific needs and helping me make significant progress. Additionally, Erika and Fran has been wonderful with my physical therapy, showing great skill and compassion in her work. Brian, Erika and Fran are not only kind and fun going, but they are also incredibly dedicated and never give up. Their positive attitudes and commitment to my progress have been incredibly motivating. They truly embrace the struggle and encourage me to do the same, which is exactly what you want in therapists. My brother is a stroke victim and has therapy twice a week at Brooks to regain feeling and movement in his left arm/hand for a few months now. From day one, he was so impressed how friendly, professional and truely caring everyone is. His therapist is Brian and he has gone over and above to accommodate my brother's needs such as hand-making him a special brace for his hand for sleeping. Who does that anymore??? I'm writing this review because I went with my brother to his appointment yesterday for the first time and got to see everything first hand. I saw Brian as thorough, compassionate and it's quite obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients. My bother has made significant progress in just a short time from no feeling in his hand to now picking things up... thanks to Brian! I was so impressed with the whole experience at Brooks that I just had to write this review to let others know how remarkable this place is!

I have been attending Brooks Rehab in NPR for a few months now after having surgery. I’m doing both OT and PT working with Brian, Desiree and Erica. They all create a comfortable environment that helped me feel reassured and confident in their care. They have given me personal plans to work on at home, and each week push me towards achieving my healing goals. I feel confident in their knowledge and would recommend them to family and friends.

I am the spouse of a post craniotomy patient. After a rehabilitation hospital stay and in home OT & PT, my husband started outpatient therapy at Brooks Rehabilitation Clinic in New Port Richey, FL. The progress, confidence, strength, and hope he has gained has been a life changing process. This has not only been for my husband , but for our family as well. Brian, Fran, and the entire staff have all been instrumental in contributing to this healing process. The help with scheduling and insurance from Jill, has been over the top. The entire staff is extremely professional as well as friendly and caring. There is no limit to the efforts they will put into your recovery and progress of experiencing a better life. I attended Brooks Rehab at the request of my Dr. For Pelvic Floor PT. I was not sure what to expect. I read and was nervous even before my evaluation. My therapist, Desiree Lopez was amazing. She put me at ease from the 1st second. Her professionalism and soft demeanor was comforting. She is extremely knowledgeable and always knew the answers. She was upfront with what to expect and the ultimate goal. I was amazed at how well my therapy worked. I would recommend Desiree to anyone especially if your nervous. Brooks and Desiree are amazing!

Desiree has done a fantastic job of helping me with my pelvic therapy. She has the ability to know when to push a bit harder and when to back off a bit. The results of my PT have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
