Brooks Rehab ( Clermont) Is top notch. Highly, professional an helpful, shout out to Michelle at the front desk. The therapists have been great, I had a stroke in September of 2034. Dam, Christine, Lindsey and Cigen (not sure of the spelling) are all amazing therapists. I truly belivebe my recovery is on the upswing ébène after 12 months, and it’s because of them. Highly recommend, 5 plus stars.

Arrived early to learn office was closed. Door was opened, so waited in the waiting area. PT’s and office staff walked by and we sat for at least 10 mins PAST our appt time without being acknowledged- us and about 3-4 other patients. Reception began helping people out of order. One of the employees apologized saying they were in an office meeting. What kind of establishment runs an office meeting out of office where employees show late and make 4-5 patients wait another 10-15 mins before you even start? This Office Manager and only neuro PT is unprofessional and unprepared. Receptionist then told me I needed to sign in and I pointed out I did. She apologized and then actually looked at the sign in. I was given about ten pages of new patient paperwork, including to sign for photo releases, telemedicine and a blank financial responsibly for the visit. I did not sign those and asked reception who explained the forms are not updated from Covid and we did not have to sign telemedicine or photo release. She updated the financial responsibility portion and then I signed. The office manager, and only neuro PT registered for the specialization, then asked me what treatment my child needed while at the front desk. Mind you this is at least 2:30 now and our appt was at 2pm. I mentioned one of her conditions, and he began to describe having her work with an ortho PT. I raised question about this since the doctor had written for neuro PT and based on researching neuro PTs in the area, knew he was the only one. Despite having sent the order along with all her diagnoses to him well in advance, he was not familiar with the one needing neuro. He made no effort to research it prior or present. In the reception area, I had to explain to him what it was. No regard for privacy of my child. He took us back to an office past the treatment area and then took her history in there. She received no start of any therapy on this appointment. We left and my child immediately told me she was not coming back or doing PT after this. Fortunately, I was able to explain to her how unprofessional this office is and that this is not normal. She agreed to try again and I found a PT (which is a PhD) that comes to our home. We were given papers to fill out online, much briefer, and her first appt had about 15-20 mins of intake and then she was actually being treated with real PT activity. Brooks has lost my business for good.

This place is amazing. Dr Sam and Dra Alice are the best. They both helped me with my sciatica back pain. Now I am feeling much better and I am able to do more things. I recommend them 100%. Thank you for everything.

From the first visit to the Clermont facility I was impressed by the brightness, cleanliness, equipment and spaciousness of the building, as well as the ample parking. More important were the welcoming faces of the staff beginning with Michele's pleasant greetings, and the over-all professionalism of everybody there, especially my therapist, the always encouraging, patient, and affable Dr. Sam Uy, who inspired me to keep challenging myself during my recovery from vertigo with a variety of exercises that improved my situation throughout the course of my rehabilitation. A BIG THANK YOU TO BROOKS REHABILITATION OUTPATIENT CLINIC IN CLERMONT.

My husband has been recovering from a major stroke for the past year and a half. We chose Brooks Rehab in Clermont because the chief PT, Sam, has a neuro background. We are very happy with the services provided here. He receives both PT and OT and has been making gains in both areas. The therapists here have come up with some unique ideas to prevent therapy from becoming boring and too repetitive. The building is clean and modern. The receptionist is very knowledgeable and has been most helpful in scheduling sessions, working around numerous doctor appointments. We are very happy that we chose Brooks in Clermont.
