Brooks Rehabilitation Home Health - Palatka

Just got off the phone with Mr. Joe White regarding care of a family member. There’s an issue with a complicated wound where the wound vac is creating a challenge with staying sealed so we called to get some answers about what to do. Initially Mr. White was argumentative, defensive, and recommended we find another HHC provider. When I reminded him his company is the one under contract at the moment and we would deal with him, he became more approachable and willing to discuss our issue. So far Brooks has failed us and based on what we have seen so far I would not recommend this company to anyone needing home care.

I can not say enough good things about Brooks Home Health. Danyell & Taylor, there nursing staff was amazing!! They always took there time an followed up with any questions I had. They were always in contact with my Doctor, so everyone was on the same page. Regina & Amanda with Physical Therapy knew just what to do and always kept me going. Brooks Home Health will always be my first choice for Home Care!

Brooks Rehabilitation is awesome.....I had PT at home for 2 months and the team I had were so kind, patient and compassionate !! They helped me recover quickly and always worked at whatever pace was comfortable for me....I would really like to thank Xavier, Regina, and nurse Dana....thanks for helping me when I didn't think I was going to be able to do it !!! What a awesome team !!! Love you guys and all the hard work you do !!!

Brooks is amazing!! The company strives for great patients care, outcomes and satisfaction over anything else!! The team at Brooks Palatka is one of the best!

Brooks always goes the extra mile with there client's! they are amazing at what they do to insure clients get what they need the most whether it be therapy or nursing. They always go above and beyond to make it happen.

Professionals all the way. For the past Couple of weeks i have had Nursing, occupational and physical therapy. They are always on time, friendly and helpful with any need you have. Thank you all for your help.

I think Brooks Rehabilitation Home Health Palatka is great! I love everyone there. Very friendly and easy to get along with but also professional at the same time.

If I could I'd give them zeros. Have had nothing but problems from the company. Girls never wanted to show up when they were supposed to and never wanted to stay the full time. Management is rude and unprofessional. Girl didn't show up one day, no phone call or anything. Found out the next day from 3rd party that they said they wouldn't come back out. If you want quality care stay away from this office. Save yourself the headache and go with somebody else.
