Zero stars. This place is always dangerously short staffed, I'm talking 2 CNAs to care for 45 people, and it is rare if nurses help on the floor. Residents have laundry missing constantly, leaving some to roam the halls with only a blanket to cover themselves. Management is very disrespectful and condescending toward CNAs, saying things like, "You're just a CNA, so everyone else is your boss, and you need to do whatever they say." They write up some employees for minor things such as tardiness, while allowing others to commit offences such as ignoring call lights and using a Hoyer lift with one CNA. Many of the staff are rude and derogatory or just won't talk during a shift, so it makes it hard to work a 12 hr shift. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Went to tour today looking for placement for my mom. The entire building was very clean and didn't smell bad. Beth did an amazing job showing the place. We are hoping our mom is approved to move in. The residents seem very friendly. The menu looks delicious. OMG!! I am in love with the place. I know my mom would be happy to live there. Thank you, Beth.

This is Rosie and my brother Bobby. She’s one of the people who helps care for him. She’s the nicest lady you’ll ever meet and she’s fiercely protective of her patients. Thanks for all you do.

I am a POA for a resident at this facility, and 99% of everything goes very well. And when we have that 1% issue, it is addressed quickly. They have several activities and outings weekly, and family can participate! The nursing staff is both knowledgeable and helpful. Dealing with a person that has dimentia I feel like I have a team helping me with the health care of the loved one that is there.

The staff go above and beyond to help care for so many patients whether it’s a short term stay or their forever home. The staff truly do all that they can to meet their patients and families wherever they are on their journey. Although the facility may be not be the newest in town, the care and compassionate culture is so much more! We’ve had patients that we’ve cared for on hospice services and we can’t thank this team enough for doing all that they can to make each visitor, resident, family, or community partner feel a warm welcome and embraced as they enter this home! Thank you to everyone at Broadview for what you do!

I had not been to Broadview since my mother was there pre covid, I toured Broadview last week seeking information on their admission process and placement. I was so happy to see some of the same friendly faces that I recognized from years ago. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The residents all seemed very happy and well taken care of.

a very clean facility, who cares for their residents. I always see posts on Facebook about activities such as trunk or treat, easter egg hunt and much more. Every time I have ever been inside it smells clean and has a good environment.

We have attended two events at this facility with our grandbaby. Trick or treating and an Easter Egg hunt. Both events were put together well and the grandbaby had a good time. Love that the residents particpate in the events as well! They seem to really enjoy watching the kids.
