Kind, honest and professional. I felt so comfortable here, was given pertinent and interesting information by PT Melanie on my diagnoses, and felt incredibly respected. I am a teacher and I give this one an A+! ***(9 months later) Again, simply splendid professionals that are compassionate and may I put in caps, GREAT LISTENERS!! Consistent, cheerful and always positive. These folks make my day brighter, while helping me to understand what the heck is going on with my body. Thanks Melanie!

Super supportive friendly people and they also care about their patients. They also make you feel like you can do it and not fail . They totally understand the way. Their patient feel when they are in 100 pain . And they also make it fun when you are in at the appointment.

The physical therapist I've been seeing is Chad, one of the co-owners. He is an incredibly skilled and talented PT and just an overall amazing human being who brings so much to the table. I came in really in crisis, in unbearable pain all over my body, worst of all in my shoulder, lots of suicidal ideation, feeling utterly hopeless and despairing, feeling like I had lost all control over my body and generally just barely coping anymore with all of my chronic Bartonellosis symptoms (its just like Lyme disease, different bacteria). I lucked out in that this office is psychologically informed and trained in helping with chronic pain - I had initially only hoped to reduce the unbearable pain in my shoulder but I got so much more than that. Chad's kindness, empathy, understanding, intelligence and authenticity combined with his training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy made me feel seen as a whole person (not as a collection of body parts that need fixing) and had me feeling hope and relief for the first time in months - in just one session. The PRT has been utterly transformative not just physically, but mentally and emotionally (they are all connected, aren't they). It has given me an entire mental paradigm shift that has made it clearer to me why my immune system has been impaired and thus unable to fight this infection sufficiently, and to be able to shift that with the PRT. it would take many pages to explain it all, and my progress keeps unfolding. And despite years of struggling with shoulder and neck issues off and on, and seeing many different PT's (many very good PTs too), he was the first to be able to get to the root problem which was nerve-based, not muscular. I've already recommended Bristol PT and specifically Chad to about 6 people I know (and I have a high bar for recommending health practitioners given everything I've been through dealing with chronic illness) and will continue to do so. The office is well run, and the office staff are friendly and helpful.
