Bristol Health Rehab Dynamics 2

This is the 2nd time I have used this facility. Both times Kevin treated me. He is a friendly and a great therapist.. The faciliy is run well and check-in is easy.

Went here for an intake I’ve never have been treated so rudely. There was an issue with worker’s compensation and the manager Julie was extremely rude and unprofessional and unapologetic interrupted my intake in front of everyone and made it seem like I can’t afford a bill. They canceled my appointment and said that I cannot be seen. I am extremely appalled with how I was treated, especially an ethnic person and I take very offensively how I was treated.

The entire Bristol health facility is friendly and safe. The rehab has everything you need and the therapists are amazing and very concerned about your well being. The pain specialists are great and listen to your needs and give plenty of options

It's the best place to go for physical therapy before surgery and after surgery. The people are very friendly. The physical therapists I had made me feel very comfortable about being there. They got me to open up. It's very hard for me to talk to people I don't know. I actually had fun being there. They made it so the time went by to quick and made it very easy to be able to go back again for the next appointment. I always look forward to the next appointment. To see Monique, Matt B, Kevin J and Shannon. If I ever have to go for physical therapy again. I will go back to Rehab Dynamics 2. At the new Bristol Health building.

Very pleased with the whole process and dealing with the staff. I went to the facility on Clark Street in Bristol and saw Sheila, the Occupational Therapist for my hand. Appointment scheduling was efficient, easy; staff was always very friendly and respectful. Very supportive environment. Sheila was outstanding and I'm so grateful for all the work that she put into getting me ready to go back to work and recovered from my injury.

Had a great experience during my time there with my PT Julie. She really listened and walked me through everything while making sure I was comfortable and actually healing

I have been a repeat patient there for about 6 years. I worked with them when they shared the building with Healthtrax and follow them to their new building. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They have a great office staff who's very helpful, especially when making appointments. They have awesome PT's and support staff. They have up-to-date equipment and stay current on new treatments in physical therapy. I love them!

Terrible experience. Had 1 appt and there was no expectation set or communication with regard to discharge if I didn’t have a certain number of appointments in a period of time. The office admins are so disorganized and don’t speak to each other. I spoke to them Monday and rescheduled appt for Thursday, just came and therapist refused to see me. The entire health center is a mess, go anywhere but Bristol Health.
