The Bright Star nurses are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Also, they are wonderfully personable. They are willing to work with me and listen to the tricks that I’ve learned about how best to medically tend to me since I’m more familiar with how my body works. Their team works together really well to make sure the Drs orders are followed and my schedule is considered for each appointment. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs at home care.

The care my son received from his nurse, Aubrey, and nurse manager, Jenny, was absolutely the best! They answered any and all questions we had and were quick to respond to any text messages. 100% satisfied. Sad I didn't get pics.

Jenny Brightstar has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe during IVIG treatments. I have had a very hard time trusting nurses and doctors in the past due to negative experiences, but from day one Jenny felt trustworthy and easy to connect with. She always listens to what I’m going through and how I’m reacting to the treatment, and always comes up with solutions to improve how I’m feeling. Her communication skills and bedside manner are all I could hope for, seriously one of the best nurses I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Jenny!
Jenny with BrightStar is absolutely fabulous. She made me feel very comfortable while getting a procedure that I had not received before. She was very attentive an very knowledgeable. She was willing to answer any questions that I had. She even called me at home that evening to make sure I was ok. You don't find that anymore. I am very blessed to have had Jenny as my R.N.
