I’m sorry for posting this so late! But I just wanted to finally leave a review for the most amazing nurses, Bobbi and Jenny. Bobbi took me on as a patient even though she had a full schedule. She knew I needed care so she managed to make room for me. Even though I know she’s extremely busy already! I was very nervous but Bobbi made me feel really comfortable and talked me through what she was doing and why. Jenny began training with us a few months in and was able to care for me on her own within just a few visits. These two are so sweet, kind, and caring. They both are so knowledgeable and it shows. They’re rays of sunshine and I’m so so grateful that I was blessed with the two greatest nurses at BrightStar.

just wanted to share how grateful I am for your amazing staff. Even though I haven't used your services before, I had a life-changing experience recently. Ms. Goldberg, one of your employees, saw me in a tough situation when my son was choking. She was out with her own son but didn’t hesitate to run over and help us. Her quick actions made a huge difference, and I can’t thank her enough. It took me some time to find out who she was, but I truly appreciate her kindness. It’s clear you have wonderful people working for you. I’ll definitely recommend your place to others because of this experience. Thank you for having such caring staff! I will keep you guys in mind for any future services for my elderly parents ! With an employee like that I will love for your company to take care of my parents !

Im currently getting wound care and I was so impressed with the communication I get I requested them for care assistance. I like being listened to and they have an open door policy with staff and clients. I have a very rare disease for over 20 years. So I end up teaching any staff in charge of my care about it. I usually have nurses give up on me. Even prov wound care who seen me 2xs a week for 10 years kicked me to the curb. It was devastating. My nurse Kori* who is assigned to me has been the most sincere and caring. She is always researching and listening to my ideas and opinions. She takes time to check on my mental health too sometimes reminding me of things I forgot I needed to tell her. I like my visits very detailed logged because it helps me with the VA. My doc says yes your nurse writes me. Kori* is my battlebaddy in health. I feel anyone who has her is very lucky. She has some pretty awesome bosses too. Thank you for accepting my challenge! * actual spelling may differ

I am not sure about their policy with background checks, but vulnerable adults are being taken advantage of from the caregivers that BrightStar Care sends. It is shameful. Do not leave your loved one alone with anyone sent from this company.

I wanted to share a very thankful review to the BrightStar Care Team of Eagle River, Ak. Our dad is retired Air Force and receives health services through the Alaska VA. We were in need of at home health care attendants to provide daily care services for him in regards to his diabetes, leg and foot care. BrightStar Care Team has been an answer to prayer. Each team member is knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and always at hand to discuss any concerns that we may have. I really appreciate that BrightStar will schedule their at home care service visit at a later afternoon time slot, since my parents are slow going in the morning and are better serviced later in the afternoon hours. BrightStar also is now servicing our dad with his medicine container refills, supervising his daily medication intake and now a once a week at home Ozempic injection. This BrightStar Care Team has brought relief , aid, and peace of mind for me and my sisters with their dedicated care of our dad within the comfort of his home. We are appreciative and thankful beyond words to each and every BrightStar Care Tram member.

The care team I have worked with here Bobbi, Ester and Victoria have always done their best to help me wherever they can.

I had a great experience with BrightStar Care, Bobbi was professional and understanding of the on-call situation I was in. Thank you for taking care of my after my surgery! I would definitely recommend BrightStar.

BrightStarCare was referred to me by the VA to care for an 83 year old stroke patient that also was impacted by Covid-19. All the staff and especially the CNA/Personal Care Assistance (PCA) have been extremely professional and polite. I can't say enough great things about the care and concern they showed. I highly recommend them if you need these services.
