The most professional, caring and knowledgeable PT office i have ever been to. Masha is an artist. She helped me with my post surgery and my daughter is avoiding back-surgery due to the extremely successful scoliosis treatment. Thank you, Masha ! Thank you Bright star !

I just went in for a free consultation with Masha. Let me just say it was not only very awkward and uncomfortable but also unprofessional. I scheduled the appointment via email with a lady named Rose. I found it kind of odd to begin with that they said the only available time they had for today was 7pm (when they close). But I went with the soonest time available since I am determined to fix my scoliosis. I walked in and it seemed like everyone was wrapping up there work day. No one greeted me, asked me if I needed anything, nothing. It was then going on 7:10pm when I started to get impatient since it was past my appointment already and there was no one there. Masha walked out with no shoes on and sat in front of me in the lobby. Usually at consultations, it’s proper etiquette to bring the patient back into a room and discuss there. I felt as if since it was only a free consultation that I wasn’t welcome into the back area. She asked if I brought my X-Rays and I pulled out the DVD disk the hospital gave me and handed it to her. She took it and slapped it back into my hand and laughed and said “I don’t have anything to put that into, don’t you have photos on your iPhone?” I was taken back. I responded and said well this is what the hospital gave me, but yes I have a couple on my phone that are a little blurry because it’s a picture of the screen. She took my phone and started to explain my curvature and even told me to email the picture to her so she can measure the curve. I was really uncomfortable and shocked at this point that she would think that measuring a curvature from a blurry picture would be accurate. When I had the CLEAR DVD IN MY HAND. At this point I just wanted to leave. But I gets worse. I then try to keep her on topic and I ask “okay so what are my options, like pricing, how much are the packages or is it per hour?” She responds, “well as far as pricing goes uhm you can call our Woodland Hills location and ask them and they can give you pricing on everything.” I was even more shocked and quite stunned. How does this OWNER not know her own pricing. Not even an estimate. All I wanted to know was the pricing since it wasn’t listed on there website. She then gave me the card of the other location and I was on my way. What a waste of time. I will NOT be returning due to this awful awkward, unprofessional experience. I do not recommend BrightStar or Masha in Beverly Hills location. Not to sure about how the other locations run.
