I was very impressed with the Bride Brook Rehab Center. It appears to be a very clear and well managed facility, from their photo visitor security system, to their admission process for new patients, to their overall patient care. I would feel very comfortable recommending them to a potential patient.

The staff were engaged and receptive when we asked questions to clarify some details. The floor supervisor gladly follow up with our request to swap out the bedside phone unit. Overall, staff seemed very willing to work with family care-givers to make things more comfortable for the client. Thank you for a very nice visit.

My mother was a patient there for a week following an invasive back surgery. The staff were nasty, meds were always late, the food was disgusting and her linens were not changed for a week. A CNA dropped her medication on the floor and garbage and she tried to give them to my mother! Then lied about replacing them. I will NEVER allow another family member to go there. Absolutely disgusted with this place, and a formal complaint through the state has been made.

My mother has been at Bride Brook now twice following each knee replacement. She has had a fantastic experience at both of her stays. The facility has been very clean and inviting. She felt very comfortable as a direct result of the attending staff. The rehab group was amazing challenging her, but not pushing her past what she could do. I visited her daily and saw how she grew a bond with the nursing staff. She said she was never bored as they always had activities going on there that she was encouraged to participate in. Even if she couldn't, they came and engaged with her daily. She told me on a daily basis how much she enjoyed the food there and was surprised that she could eat as well as she did at a rehabilitation center. My grandmother stayed at Bride Brook as well in her later days. I can not possibly stress how happy I was with her care. She suffered from dementia that was rapidly setting in. The staff were there for her through and through. Our family visited on a daily basis for a very long time and grew great bonds with those who cared for her as we saw the quality they were providing. I would highly recommend Bride Brook for those who need quality care.

All the staff at Bride Brook take excellent care of my mother. They provide her with the best care and since she’s been a resident there, I do not worry about her. All her needs are met and they stay on top of her complete care. They are a top notch facility and I would recommend Bride Brook to anyone needing a nursing and/or rehab facility. I am glad that my mom was able to become a resident of Bride Brook. The staff are all wonderful and they have become an extension of our family.
