Brewer Physical Therapy - East Bossier

I was referred to this facility by my doctor. Due to my injuries, I was nervous about physical therapy. When I called, the receptionist was very helpful and polite. She answered a lot of my questions and because of that phone call, I booked the appointment. My wait time was around 5 minutes. I met with Dr. Caitie Stephens for an assessment. She listened to all of my concerns and was very thorough with my therapy. She explained and demonstrated the exercises to conduct at home. I was very pleased with the whole dynamic of this business.

Everyone is so nice. They listen to all my concerns. Definitely care about patients. The facility is nice and clean.

I was honestly afraid when my doctor sent me to Brewers for PT because of the pain I suffer from the auto accident, but they go beyond being so careful with their treatments and they always ask if I'm ok while doing each one. I am having a hard time recovering from this wreck but I feel that Brewers is going to get me back to 100%. I would recommend them highly to anyone with any type of problems. I actually have.

My time At this Brewer facility was a pleasurable opportunity. Words are inadequate for the love and himappreciation ❤️ I have for Brewer PT. Each and EVERYONE of the instructors are approachable and wholeheartedly caring. Being there through 2 knee replacements, I had the pleasurable opportunity to get to know most on a more personal level. I grew to love them not just as highly rated instructors, but embracing them as my friends. As those left during my season there to further their education and training in the PT field, I was very saddened to see each of them go. However, as my body and life was strengthen physically during my time there, my heart was enriched by the short 5 months I was blessed and privileged to be at Brewer PT. Thank you each and everyone. Excellent customer service and providers who listen and care about their patients wellbeing. I felt like they were genuinely interested in my needs. Feels like I’m around family when I’m there.

Very professional and laid back atmosphere. Justin was very respectful, knowledgeable, engaging and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
