Breathe It In Salt Rooms

I had a massage in the salt room, and it was amazing. Josh did an amazing job with my massage. He listened to where I was hurting and made sure to take his time and hit every spot. He was also very kind. The salt room loosened up all the gross stuff in my lungs and felt great. My lips tasted like salt when I left because of the salt blowing in the room. It was so relaxing. I can't wait to come back next time I am in Little Rock.

I absolutely LOVE to visit this saltroom! The owners are such a joy to be around! The atmosphere is eclectic and relaxed. I love the way the salt treatment makes me feel afterward. My respiratory system thanks me every time I go! It's a great place to purchase salt lamps, too! The negative ion room helped me tremendously when I was transitioning through a breakup, moving into a new house, and changing jobs. My anxiety leveled out because of my time spent in both the saltroom and the negative ion space.

The hours of operation really need to be updated to say by appt only because I came on my lunchbreak, based on the Google listing stating OPEN, to find it is not open and THEN I called and listened to their message about appt only. Also, there was no answer when I chose the option to set an appt. I have been here one other time, prior to all the covid crap, and it was a nice experience. Having a very hard day and needed the relaxation on my break. Oh well.

My friend and I were in town on short notice, and we got a massage and facial! It was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Josh and Michelle were the best!

Josh & Michelle were exceedingly professional and accommodating! Would highly recommend going to see them, had a great massage and facial. Will definitely be back!!

Love coming here! I have enjoyed the salt room & negative ion room many times over the past 3 or so months. The salt room is great for my lungs. Every experience has been like a mini vacation! Tuesdays are half price! I love supporting small businesses, and this one is a pleasure, everytime.
