BreakThrough Physical Therapy

BTPT in Wake Forest is such an experienced, attentive and kind group of physical therapists. I was referred for severe shoulder pain and was afraid I would need surgery. After working with Jordan, my pain is gone and my upper body and core muscles are so much stronger than they have been in awhile! I so appreciate his help as well as the other therapists, and the great front desk crew. Avoiding surgery was my goal and I'm grateful to Breakthrough!

Took my son, a baseball player, to see Michelle Landis at this location for several weeks for help with lingering low back pain from lifting. She is the Best! Very thorough and thoughtful questions into his history and routines. Excellent treatment and establishing a protocol to test the affected areas as well as stretch and strengthen the surrounding muscles. Great job at demonstrating and explaining the activities. Whole office was great in terms of scheduling, esp later in the day appointments so no missed school, insurance never a hassle, copays, and communication all superb. Feel like she and they are an excellent tool and resource to have as he continues to develop and will definitely be back, if he needs them again. Thank you.

I am a marathon runner working towards a goal of running a full marathon in all 50 states. Experiencing physical issues from time to time comes with the territory. I have entrusted the physical therapists at BreakThrough Physical Therapy with my care over the past year, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Danielle and Jordan have been incredible. They truly are miracle workers. Last fall, I came to them just weeks before the NYC Marathon with a calf issue. They fit me into their schedule and worked on my issue until I was able to complete the marathon. Two weeks ago, I had sudden pain from a pinched nerve in my neck just one week before another marathon. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly and successfully helped me through another race. I will continue to trust BreakThrough Physical Therapy with my care going forward and would highly recommend them to everyone. They genuinely care about their patients and make it their mission to help you achieve your goals.

This is my second time to utilize the services of this fine physical therapy center. I have been most pleased both times with how it improved and enhanced my daily life. The office staff and the therapists and assistants are very friendly, positively encouraging, and supportive. I worked with Michelle primarily, with assistance from Travis. Bravo!

I was receiving PT from someone eles that was not proficient. So, I searched for another PT provider. Thank God for BTPT. Danielle J. PT DPT is a *miracle* therapist. Her instructions / treatment reduced my pain level from 10 to 6 to 2. I feel better physically , but also mentally due to her encouragement. Everybody from entry to exit are professional. Definitely recommend !!

First time ever having to get physical therapy. I had/have an inflamed/torn shoulder rotator cuff and was directed to get PT to see if the problem can be resolved w/o surgery. I've had 4 visits to date and I am seeing very positive results. My therapist, Michelle, was able to further isolate my shoulder problem/pain and provided various exercises/treatment to address this issue. To date I am very pleased with the results. Breakthrough is some top notch physical therapy. Scheduling is a breeze and the facility is conveniently located in Wake Forest. My intake evaluation was through and I was able to get some relief the first visit. Austin is very personable and knowledgeable and will help you ease your pain while strengthening your problem area. Shout out to Christian for his sense of humor and stellar dry needling skills. Definitely give this place a shot if you are tired of dealing with nagging pain!
