BreakThrough Physical Therapy

I’ve never done PT before and wasn’t sure what to expect but I’ve had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Sean was so knowledgeable. I also saw Chandler and intern Juliana. Everyone was honest and transparent with me and gave me practical advice which is way more than I can say about most doctors. I was going through a stressful time but I felt like this team was totally there for me 💯 They were kind and supportive and worked around my schedule, needs and goals. Also shoutout to Donye at the front desk with her endless positivity. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I’m going to miss seeing them!

Good, competent people here. Highly recommend. They helped fix the issues I was having and armed me with the knowledge to keep myself strong. If you’re a newcomer to PT, I recommend asking lots of questions and never skipping out on the exercises you’re given. You get what you give!

Dr. Sean is a great physical therapist. He is very friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and calm. He is fantastic to work with! The staff Donye is amazing as well! It’s very nice talking with her on the phone or in person. The space is quite spacious and updated; clean and tidy! It has big glass windows and you can see trees and plants outside. The entrance game is really fun and engaging. Thank you for making it great Sean and Donye! If you are looking for a PT, that can be a great one to go!

Sean helped me after I was diagnosed with a herniated disc. He was very helpful in every session and always willing to answer any and every question I had. He also took the time to listen to my particular issues and modify activities based on changes in my healing development. Hopefully I won’t need to return but if I do, I will come back to Breakthrough PT.

I received PT at the Breakthrough location in NE Raleigh on Ramble Way. The team was great! Sean, Bryan are very methodical and thoughtful in designing a program that is specifically for your PT challenge. They patiently work with you and adjust your plan as needed. I went from a pain level of 9 to .5 (on a scale from 1-10). The entire staff are professional and caring. From the time you walk in the door throughout your healing process. I would definitely recommend working them.

I can't say enough good things about the Breakthrough PT Raleigh East office. First, Dr. Sean. Sean is an incredible PT - the best I've worked with and I've worked with a few. He listens to patients, varies exercises, offers home options and always leaves time for questions. I came in for PT after a hip surgery (labral tear) and chose Sean because of his orthopedic certification. He really knows his stuff and is very pleasant to work with. Second, the facility is brand new and really well-maintained. Last, but certainly not least, the staff I've met (Lauren and Grace) have been equally pleasant, efficient and great to deal with.

Breakthrough PT is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with physical therapy. Sean was always attentive and provided great feedback when going through sessions. His exercises and explanations were very comprehensive. He actively listened to my symptoms and adapted the exercises as we progressed. Allison was friendly and helpful with payments and scheduling. The staff culture is vibrant and I would recommend anyone to this location for PT needs. Thank you for your amazing help!
