BreakThrough Physical Therapy

I’ve used chiropractors all my life for neck and lower back pain. One of my clients suggested I go to Breaakthrough PT and see Rhoger. I could not believe what lasting relief I felt after one visit. He’s amazing and I highly suggest the Apex location and ask for Rhoger. Feel better immediately.

The location is nice and convenient. The place is clean, organized and calm. The staff are pleasant and helpful . The therapist (Rhoger) is professional and knowledgeable while still keeping a friendly and comfortable environment. I always feel a sense of relief after each session.

I was referred to BreakThrough Physical Therapy by my general practitioner for a lower-back issue. Upon my first arrival, Ana greeted me and checked me in. Ana is polite, professional, and efficient. I worked with Joe, who was very good about asking about my condition and what issues I was having. He spent a good amount of time on a work-up allowing him to understand my situation to then create a treatment plan that was tailored to my needs. During my visits I was always welcomed like family and I enjoyed talking with everyone on a wide range of topics. Joe kept me on task and adjusted exercises specifically for me, then uploaded these to their app so I could see them at home to remind me of the correct exercises I needed to do and the correct way to do them. I am very pleased with the results of my working with Joe at BreakThrough Physical Therapy and would return should I have other physical therapy needs.

Great place. Highly recommend. Worked with Joe for quite a while on knee rehab after surgery. He was personable and professional and did a great job listening, engaging and adjusting therapy as necessary while still pushing hard. Could tell that all the staff cared and was always greeted by name and genuine interest in how I was doing. Don’t know many people who enjoy PT but Joe and Anna made me glad to go to each appointment.

This staff is exceptional! They are friendly, professional, lighthearted, and passionate. I found it a highlight of my week to go and "hang out" with them while being treated post-surgery. Joe listened to my concerns and helped me determine the appropriate course of action to take during treatment as well as at home and as I was building strength back. If you are interested in a fantastic experience with re-building function in your body, the team at Breakthrough Apex is a solid choice to go with! Hopefully I never need PT again, but if I do I know I'll be heading back to Joe's tables as quickly as possible!

Joe and Ana are absolutely the best to work with! Joe has an amazing ability to connect with you and has taught me to take better care of myself. The atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly and Joe always makes you feel so good about yourself with each accomplishment whether big or small. He really is the best at what he does. Ana is just a pleasure and is always there for whatever you need as well. I highly recommend them and Breakthrough PT!!

Of all my health care providers, Rhoger Villalon is by far the most helpful. He has been immensely helpful in dealing with the after effects of low back and cervical fusion surgeries. He is an incredible diagnostician and has tremendous patience and professionalism. I have referred family members and many friends and all have had very positive results. I had tried several PT therapists in Wake County over the years, but Rhoger is by far the best.
