Brawnergy Massage & Bodywork

Had two massages over the weekend and can't express how much we enjoyed our experience. Both Jade and Shawna were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend their services and will be returning in the future.

First massage I've ever gotten, everything from the environment to level of professionalism from all members of staff I encountered was absolutely delightful. The atmosphere was calming but cherry and fun from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. An especially big shout out to CJ, of course, because I always have issues with tension and general pain in my back constantly due to my job and lifestyle. But after I got up from the table I felt like I was a normal person for the first time in probably two years. Will be going here from now on!!

All the staff here are amazing right down to the receptionist. Everyone is friendly and the massage therapist are empathetic to your unique needs. The new owner turned brawnergy from a sterile environment to a massage haven!

I was seen for a lymphatic drain massage by Jessamine. It was an immediate improvement and continues to improve!!! They do not try to sell you additional sessions or specials but I did buy the Holiday package because I want to come back.

Highly recommend Ismael. My husband arranged for both of us to get a massage with him. Ismael was very considerate of what I was okay to have worked on vs. not. Consistently checked in if I was doing okay, pressure was good, and was careful around areas I have medical issues with. Provided recommendations for possible long term care since we live elsewhere. We both agreed this was the best massage we have had in many years. If we could clone Ismael and have him at a massage place local to our city, we would.

Shawna was super knowledgeable she helped me with all of my issues and was super compassionate towards me and my needs! She showed me multiple stretches and went above and beyond to make me comfortable! I have already made a follow up appointment!

The staff is extremely polite and professional and they take their time to give you the best massage. I'll keep it short & simple...just go to Brawnergy. You'll be glad you did!!!

I had a great massage there with just 1 day's notice for an appointment! The place has chill energy, very relaxing. Nice location in a building right next to Armstrong greenhouses. This only catch is their pricing: They have a reduced rate for your first visit, but if you want that rate again, you'll have to sign up for a subscription, otherwise the price is notably higher. If you want to commit your CC# to a monthly massage, that's fine. But if you want a place to just drop in once-in-a-while, (which is what I tend to need) you'll pay more here. (That being said, even their drop-in rate is competitive with some of the other, more pricey, options in the area.)
