I swear they like making it harder and harder for people to get their medicine. Employees do not like to talk to people and when they do they like to argue. Unfortunately YOUR JOB IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIND ANOTHER JOB IF YOU DONT LIKE IT

I know this review doesn’t mean much because this is probably your primary health care provider and you have NO CHOICE but to go here first. The Navy really needs to step up their game with health care because honestly this place is a joke. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment that’s not 3-4 months out and they always suggest just going to the ER. I really wish we were better taken care of. It’s honestly just sad.

Sadly, I can’t give this place zero stars. The worst Naval medical center I’ve been too. I rather go to medical on the ship and get prescribed ibuprofen for all my pains then to wake up early and go as a walk in just to be told to come back for appointment. An appointment that never start on time but wants you to check in 10-15 mins early. Atleast, I’ll get looked at for multiple issues on the ship versus this place where it’s one issue per appointment. This place needs to rethink their current policies. -Active duty of 10 years. ***Update. I must say this facility innovating its operating procedures. Like many, we would not go to medical unless we have to. Effective communication comes a long way, standing by for change.

Yea this facility usually gives the runaround with no direction in what to do. Immunizations and Labs are the only good part of this facility but if you want to be seen for a checkup or have to go through Audiology, good luck. Audio has the worst possible system for seeing sailors and doesn't fill in no shows, I guess their work days must be easy though. 🤷‍♂️ Regular services like checkups or just talking to someone feels like pulling teeth. Try Balboa.

I waited 2 hours for my audio gram and I finally get called back 10 minutes before my PT Appt. I ask if I do this now, can I make my Appt? Of course I wouldn’t… huge waste of time!

I've been at this base for almost 4 years and I absolutely avoid this place at all costs these are the most unhelpful individuals I have ever met. They open doors at 7 but will stare at you till 730 when they start taking customers. So you just end up staring at eachother for 30 min.

How are you going to have people make appointments for sick call. What kind of backward pageantry is that?
