Declined my dad. They told his case worker his medications cost to much. She also said they wouldn’t even allow her to advocate for him. Personally after hearing that we didn’t want him at this facility anyway. They care more about $$ than helping people get better so they can go home. The family would have covered medication cost. This place needs to be under investigation because my grandmother just passed away there and we spent a week calling daily multiple times a day trying to reach out to her. My cousin went in to check on her days before she passed away after the nurse's refused to let us speak to her. Her phone was on the opposite side of the room away from her. It was clear they were trying to keep her from contacting anyone and then we showed up to check on her and they told us that she had died after we had tried to contact them for a week straight. Something needs to be done about this facility and how they treat their clients.

I have a very dear friend who ended up staying here after a surgery that didn't go as well as hoped for. I had been visiting and she had been having major issues with diarrhea 7-10 times per day at this point for 2 weeks. While sitting there they brought in her meds. Stool softener, and 2 tablets of magnesium. I don't think you need a medical degree to know that someone with chronic diarrhea doesn't need stool softener. I then went on to tell the nurse that magnesium is a natural laxative and asked why they would be giving her magnesium when she has chronic diarrhea. She said that my friend had a magnesium deficiency. I asked when she would be tested again. Not for 2 weeks, and they couldn't stop the magnesium without the doctors approval. They were giving her 2 tablets 3 times a day. After passing out the following day, she was tested. Her magnesium was fine. Come to find out it had been all along. It was low before surgery so they gave her some at the hospital and it tested fine before she left the hospital. The next incident was when my friend complained that her skin was raw where the tape was. I told her to tell the nurses. She said she had but they didn't do anything about it and she was waiting till the night nurse came on because she helped her. When she told the night nurse there were other issues so i left the room. While waiting that nurse came out and went to the nurses station asking another nurse if she could give her a certain cream. The other nurse said I wouldn't bother with that its to much paperwork. I couldn't believe my ears. The nurse said i don't mind the paperwork, i just want to make sure she doesn't have any allergies to it. Don't send your loved one here.

I hate to be this way I don’t like to be ugly but the employees are so disrespectful and I’ve seen reviews from old workers about ABUSE and I’ve had my feelings bout it and yes this place is terrible my sweetheart grandmother is having bruises and everything on her body and they’re not calling the family and she’s getting worse I don’t know how much longer she has! I’m set out to get this place under investigation don’t send them here I take pictures of all the bruises on her body so they can’t say I’m lying DONT SEND THEM HERE !!!!!!!!!!!

My grandmother was recently at Bradley healthcare for rehab. She didn’t get to spend a long time there but the time she did spend was fantastic. We were able to visit at first and then COVID creeped back and there were no visits allowed. At first this worried me, but as time went on she raved about the staff and care she received. Shout out to wing 4 staff! Jessica, Kaitlyn, Autumn. The housekeeper either Victoria or Vicky. My grandma discharged today and the love and care she received shows! She can’t remember everyone’s names but those that she can made a huge impact. Thank you to all the staff who helped her. She was able to transfer herself out of the car today, we didn’t think she would make as much progress as she did and you guys made that happen! Thank you for loving her during the pandemic when family couldn’t be there! ❤️❤️ We are forever greatful! She will miss you all!

Do not send your loved one here!! My grandmother was sent here after a surgery that had complications. They misread her chart, and for over a month gave her massive doses of magnesium without rechecking her levels. Magnesium at those doses causes blowout diarrhea. She was pooing 5-10 times a day without being able to make it to the bathroom in time. After a while, the staff got later and later with changing her. One time while I was there, she had to sit in her filth for an hour before they came to clean her. Meanwhile, she got weaker and weaker. They complained that she wasn’t doing her physical therapy or trying hard enough, but after weeks of diarrhea, she didn’t have the strength. We talked to the nurse, but she said the Dr would be mad if they called him (he comes in once a week). After my grandmother collapsed, they finally called him. They found that the chart had been misread, and she had not needed to continue magnesium after her surgery. A blood test came back with fine magnsium, but dehydration and poor electrolytes —from chronic diarrhea. On top of that, she dealt with continuous bladder infections from being left to sit in her waste and not being properly cleaned. I don’t know if it will let me post a picture, but I have a photo that shows fecal matter left on her bedding after an accident. They put her back in bed right on top of it. This was a nightmare.

These guys are a twisted bunch of people. They let someone take my grandmother's things and not ever let us know about her or how she was doing. Matter of fact they let a nurse take her belongings and didn't even notify us of her being sick or passing on. Almost a month after she passed I had to find out she passed because these guys couldn't ever keep her records straight or anything.
