My greatest concern is lack of communication with the resident's family. My family member may have permanent eye loss due to lack of communication. Phones rings off the hook and finally disconnects your incoming call. Shortage of staff, making it hard for the dedicated workers to devote the time needed per resident. Frequent turnover with staff, especially in the "Locked Unit." The atmosphere in that unit is toxic. Are you wondering why she is still there? This is the inevitable consequence of being financially incapable of paying for medical care. Such is life!

My loved one is there for rehab, asked for a pain pill over 2 hrs ago and his nurse did own up to it being her fault due to not being used to working 2 halls by herself. His last dose was at 6am and can have them 4 times a day. Again not enough staffing everywhere in the United States it seems.

My wife went here straight from N.W. hospital for rehab and care for a broken vertebrae in her back and broken ribs. After 3 days, it was found they had only given her pain meds every 10 hours; which left her in constantly excruciating pain and suffering! For rehab these pathetic people only walked her once per day down a 30' hallway then back to lay in pain! She would not even have her call button answered to go to the restroom during the nights!!! She even came there with a steel walker; which was paid for by her medicaid, from N.W. They took that and it diasappeared, only to be replaced by a much cheaper one upon demand!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND THESE ABUSIVE, NEGLECTFUL, AND SICK MONSTERS AT ALL COST!!!! YOUR LOVED ONES DESERVE BETTER THAN THE NEGLECT GIVEN TO ANIMALS!!!!!!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Bradford house is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever seen. My family member is currently there and every day I come in she is completely drenched in urine down to the bed. I’ve come in in the morning time and the CNAS are very lazy and have a mouth on them. Half of the time they’re sitting on their phones or are back talking nurses. In the evenings I’ve noticed the CNAS are actually trying to take care of my family member but the amount of call light that are ringing is ridiculous. They are very short staffed and only ever see the same 2 people running around. There are ants and moths running and flying all over the hallways and on tables in the rooms I would not recommend having your loved ones stay here. The administrator is very rude and unprofessional as well. Good luck getting him to take care of anything.

My aunt just passed away at this facility and I can't tell you how wonderful these people are! They take on so much to make sure everything is smooth. Right before she passed they came in and changed her clothes cleaned her up they even brushed her hair. It's clean the people are wonderful. I can't express the gratitude for this place. You get treated like family. Thank you all for being fantastic and we appreciate you!

My experience here is one of gratitude to the people here that really care and work hard to help you become whole again. The staff here are tops all the nurses, CNA's, physical therapy techs, housekeeping... They are all just wonderful here. The food here is good, rooms are comfortable and they do have wifi. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!! UPDATE: I've been here in rehab now 15 days and I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff. They have treated me so good and been so helpful to my recovery from surgery. I wish I could name every staff member that I've met but know that they really care about you here and I'm sad to have to leave. If you need rehab though, this is the place to come to, I highly recommend them!!

Bradford house gives no advance notice to room changes and moves residents with out informing the patient or the patients family. Raylin in the office is extremely rude and unhelpful. Definitely do not recommend this facility.
