I had an appointment with Dr.Moore today ,he was so great,gave me my shot in my knee and it hardy hurt. I didn't meet my goal weight 23 more pounds to go,I was upset to hear that but I've worked very hard to get where I am. Dr. Moore was very happy with me and weight that I lost. I know he only wants the best for me that's what makes him a great surgeon. I will make my goal early I hope. Everyone in his office are just the best. Looking forward for Dr. Moore to fix my knee.

Dr. Moore was highly recommended to me by my daughter who works within a Physical Therapy clinic. Dr. Moore and the clinical staff at Bowen Hefley are meticulous, exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. The Clinic Coordinator, Linda, was impressively proactive, as she quickly obtained insurance approval and made sure my questions were answered, and my prescriptions were ready prior to surgery. The morning of surgery, the hospital staff at Arkansas Surgical Hospital was so organized and equally professional and kind. Dr. Moore's prayers, and the positive, reassuring, fun personalities of the healthcare providers put my nerves at ease, even before the liquid courage hit my IV. Dr. Moore is an exceptional and thoughtful surgeon. Beyond surgery, he took time during my post-op appointment to go over the before/after images, answer questions and provide me with additional advice, information, and resources to help preserve my old knees.

Dr Samuel Moore is very attentive to what I have to say and answers my questions to improve the success I have with my surgery. He is an awesome surgeon. All of the staff in the office were also attentive to me.

The MA Corbin was very friendly and efficient and the xray tech was professional and friendly also. The PA was very kind and informative. Dr. MOORE is a wonderful, compassionate orthopedist. He showed us x rays and was very thorough . He has such a great reputation among physicians and the community, I did not hesitate to follow his recommendations. If surgery is needed , I would feel totally confident in him. Many of our friends have had successful surgery with him.

I have seen Dr. Burks several times now for the same problem. He's been very conservative and thorough. He has been kind and explained my problem so I could understand. Highly recommend him. He will be performing surgery soon on my foot and I am completely at ease knowing he will be my provider! I'm in good "hands" with this "foot specialist"!!

The only thing worse than having a bunion is getting painful surgery, taking time off work, being unable to walk, wear a boot, fully heal, and then come to find out that the surgery was ineffective. You know your doctor messed up when he can't look at you in the face. They cut me open and didn't prescribe any pain pills. Surgery was on a Friday. So after slicing into me, and drugs wearing off a few hours later, I had to wait until Monday to request something for the pain. That can't be the process right? To add insult to injury, they required $1,000 upfront. Not for my deductible, my annual deductible had already been paid in full. After my surgery was complete and I realized they still had my money it took 3 MONTHS and 5 phone calls to finally receive my money back. They said they ask for money upfront in case some people don't pay. The whole experience was insulting, painful, and a waste of time. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Do not accept a referral to this location.

Love Dr. Burks! He takes the time to listen to you and then gives you options on care. I highly recommend him!

The Doctor seemed to know what was going on and had a game plan in place. We'll see if it helps at all. My only complaint was, he was in the room for like 2 minutes. There was no interaction really and no time for questions. I drove over an hour and a half for this appointment to be seen for less than 5 minutes. I may not make that drive again and seek a doctor closer to home.
