Both therapists I have seen (Brittney & Sarah) are super knowledgeable and patient in explaining what they are doing and why. I truly believe they have my best interest in mind in helping me through this post op process, so I can get back to the active lifestyle I enjoy! (Knee replacement on 11/22)

Working with Brittney has been a key component in improving my marathon performance. She left no stone unturned when helping me to stay on top of injury prevention. We began with gait analysis and from there she identified weaknesses and created an exercise program to correct muscle imbalances. Amongst the strength training she used manual therapy, and dry needling to alleviate discomfort and decrease the risk of further injury. Highly recommended.

If you're serious about recovering from an injury, maximizing performance, or simply getting well, Boulder Run Physio is the place to catapult your health and fitness to the next level! The atmosphere is exceptionally welcoming and the facility has all of the recovery tools and gym equipment needed to springboard physical therapy/healing. As a marathoner, I've had my struggles with IT band syndrome and have not been able to run an entire year without taking some time off to nurse that aggravating pain on the outside of both knees. I've been seeing Sarah Neumar for the past 12 months: undergoing gait analysis, performing corrective at-home exercises with education, and receiving dry-needling. With her support, I've been blessed to have consistent, quality training and have set PRs across distances! Highly recommend this clinic nestled in one of the meccas of endurance sport.

Sarah at Boulder Run Physio was lovely to see for my achilles tendinitis! Even though I was only visiting from out of town, she was able to maximize my two visits by getting me in treatments plus a PT strength regime to take back home with me. Looking forward to the next time I can come back!

I was referred to Boulder Run Physio (BRP) by one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the Denver/Boulder area and BRP lived up to their reputation. They perfectly represent everything you hope for in a Physical Therapy clinic and it shows in the interactions with all of their staff. After undergoing FAI and laberal repair surgery I worked closely with Sarah. I've had many physical therapists for a variety of musculoskeletal injuries over the years and Sarah, without a doubt, has been the best. She is extremely knowledgeable, stays up-to-date on current/relevant PT research, and adapts her treatments to be specific to you. Most importantly, she is deeply genuine and takes your return to doing what you love personally. Her dedication paired with her experience from her own athletic pursuits make her an incredibly capable Physical Therapist. I highly recommend Sarah as the physical therapist to help you recover and return to the athletic activities that you love.
