Massage therapist Deb Boots is awesome! She somehow manages to put this weekend warrior back together every time I limp in there. Very knowledgeable about how the whole body functions and often recommends exercises to help me recover from various injuries and conditions, too. I also appreciate that they're taking covid precautions seriously. Feels safe in there.
