Border Therapy Services

My experience with Border Therapy Services has been totally positive. They have been willing to work with me on my schedule. The initial evaluation was very comfortable and Leslie was knowledgeable and kind in answering my questions. Carlos has helped me also with the exercises and I appreciate his instructions and explanations. I would recommend them to anyone needing Physical Therapy.

The Therapist/Staff at Border Therapy are excellent at what they do. From day one to the end, they were professional, caring and very patient with me. Leslie and Carlos are personable, professional, and just all-around chill. They answer questions with knowledge and care, and I feel supported and taken care of. You can tell the staff here get to know their patients well. Amanda at the front desk is pleasant. I was apprehensive about physical therapy in general, but after a couple of sessions here, I am happy and eager to return for more treatment.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about insurance. They emailed me the new patient packet so I could complete it online. My therapist, Leslie is excellent. She is kind, friendly and understanding. She relieved my pain from the first session.

I had Carlos as my therapist and he was awesome. I never thought I would thank someone for "torturing" me. However, once I was done with all of my sessions, I did exactly that! The therapy hurt but in a healing way. He taught me how to help myself. I also dealt with Amanda who helped me with my billing questions. She was always ready with a smile and a helping hand. Matt was the other therapist but when I was there it was like we were all working together. I love this group of people!!! Wonderful job y'all!!

My first day at Border Therapy-Remcon let me know I was in the right place. The Physical Therapist, Leslie, took time to understand the pain and restrictions I was experiencing with my back. The program she wrote for my therapy was just right, And if you read her impressive bio you’ll know why!! I am so impressed with the “choreography” of the therapists and techs. A lot of movement in the room, as they cared for each of us in a really orderly way. Never had to wait for a therapy machine or a bed for horizontal exercises. Everyone is professional and friendly. Have to mention Candace, Jake, and Carlos for making my time there so healing and happy.

I was blown away on my first experience of going to a Physical Therapy Service, was not what I expected. The staff were all so cordial and professional. Leslie Givens, Physical Therapist was very courteous and professional as well. She explained step by step of what to expect while conducting a physical evaluation. I am recommending Border Therapy Services 7411 Remcon Cir. Suite A to all my friends.

I had a great recovery and therapy experience at BTS. Carlos was very attentive to my shoulder and Amanda and Leslie were very pleasant to deal with. Lots of smiles and good feelings here. They knew exactly how much to push me to get me back where I need to be, which is on the golf course.
