I had low back pain so I scheduled an appointment with Aaron and he is great. Daily exercises and my back is feeling better in just a few days. Thanks so much!

My DPT, Diana, has been patient with me, making sure I understand my course of treatment. She also explains the reasons behind each therapy and exercise. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented in what she does. She genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being and their recovery. The clinic is very well equipped. All staff are excellent at what they do. The receptionist is very welcoming. I drive 30 minutes to each appointment. EXOS in Lees Summit is well-worth the drive.

I have now had two different experiences of going to Aaron for orthopedic issues. He obviously chooses the correct exercises as both times we have had great success. This last time was on my shoulder which I was so in hopes he would save me from surgery, which is exactly what happened. I know he chose the exact exercises that helped me gain strength and mobility. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about his kindness, his thorough explanations of each maneuver and his encouragement through this process. I do want to stress that it is very important to do the exercises that your therapist gives you to do at home. Everyone is so friendly at Boost from the front desk to your therapist. I had Sean on the last day because Aaron was evaluating a new patient and he also was thorough and explained the importance of everything we did and very kind and friendly. Boost is the place to go for orthopedic issues. I don't want to have to go back but if I have an issue, this will be my place of choice.

It seemed like a good fit in the beginning with a nice receptionist and good facilities, but they proceeded to shuffle me between 4 different therapists and didn't stay current on my doctor's prescribed physical therapy script. They are constantly bouncing between 2-3 patients at a time and you never really get that 1 on 1 treatment that you need after having a major surgery. After moving to my a new physical therapist I was told that I was 2 weeks behind on the exercises that I should be doing because Boost just kept me in Stage 1 of my doctor's script the entirety of my stay there (6 weeks). I was unhappy with the attention to my orders and to me in general while I was being treated. While they were doing passive motion they constantly had to stop working on me to set another patient up. It's best to look elsewhere if you're recovering from a major surgery (in my case shoulder). Always ask about how much 1 on 1 time you get with a physical therapist and how many patients they'll have going at 1 time as that is the most important thing in recovering. Also with them constantly switching therapists on me no one ever really knew where I should be in the recovery phase which has set me weeks back in my recovery time.

Came in from AZ for Thanksgiving. The folks at EXOS worked me in and Garrett did his evaluation on me. His testing showed some things other PTs have missed. The exercises he gave me opened my eyes to some weaknesses that are leading to some imbalances that are causing pain I've not been able to get rid of. New exercises on the 2nd visit confirmed I came to the right place. Hopefully I will be able to follow up in Phoenix with EXOS there.

The physical therapist at Boost are all amazing. This is the second time I’ve had to use a physical therapist for a shoulder/bicep surgery and I wouldn’t go any where else. Aaron is one of the best therapist I’ve seen and really does a great job with communicating what he’s doing. Let’s face it, having an injury is not the best time, but when you have a great facility really caring for their patients it makes the therapy sessions much more comforting.

I went to Boost Physical therapy for neck problem. I had a GREAT experience, every body is very nice and genuinely caring. I showed up for my first appointment with my 4 months old Son after my babysitter had cancelled; I was feeling bad but they were all very nice about it and Shelly kindly offered to hold him and stayed with him the whole time I was training <3 :) The exercises were personalized and very helpful, up to today I still do some of those exercises to relax my neck and back. The trainers are gentle, they answered all my questions and gave me detailed information each time. I admired the teamwork among the trainers: one would make me start the warm up exercise before my trainer arrives or gets available and, when working with a different trainer, he'd pick up right where the other left. Boost has helped me a lot, I've shared my experience at boost with my neurologist, Dr. Haas, who said she'll be considering sending some of her patients there.

I would recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy. Office staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. My therapist Madeline was amazing. Both professional and fun!! This was my second experience having physical therapy and this place totally blew the last place out of the water!!!
