EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT PLACE!! GREAT SURGEON AND AMAZING HOSPITAL!! I felt very well taken care of and comfortable and the variety of food was very tastey. I like how the nurses and cna's have their own "cell phone" to reach them directly. I was here for a pelvic injury due to a head on collision when someone struck me.. and Dr. Davis did a phenomenal job with the surgery and made this healing process smooth!

I want to thank Marisol an excellent employee at the bone and joint hospital surgical family lounge she was very attentive, she was on point she updated us for any changes offered water and is very pleasant happy and energetic person the nurses and doctors all were good communicating to us the place is beautiful clean I give it 10/10 thank you for you services god bless !

Good people here. Ps: I can't believe I saw people criticizing the food. All I can say is why not skip this place and go to KFC? Then you'll get the food. I'm not too sure how they are with Joint Replacement surgery at KFC though.

your Hartford, healthcare auxiliary staff are all wonderful, the nurses physical therapists, AIDS receptionist pulmonary therapist nurses everybody was wonderful .

Had a fusion on my lower back! Dr. Makanji was wonderful as well as Dr. D my vascular surgeon he was part of the team as well. The whole situation was unfortunate but what a great team that really worked together. From the nurses and doctors and PT to the lovely ladies who freshened up my room, I believe her name may be Theresa. She went above and beyond for me with her kindness. ❤️. I wish I got to asked before I left. My nurse Tiani, my favorite, lol wouldn’t been able to leave without your support as well as Carolyn. I have never had a person care so much for me as a stranger as I was to you. Shout out to Anna, Michelle and I believe Keith was his name and Josh. I hope I never have to go back for a long time, but if I do I wouldn’t mind going back there. Thank you all for the hard work you do.

My husband had a hip replacement done yesterday and the entire staff was wonderful. Dr Grady-Benson is a wonderful surgeon and great person. Very informative and provided all the answers to our many questions. The whole staff was caring and attentive. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a spinal fusion and laminectomy on December 8. The entire experience was positive. Everyone was helpful and kind. Made a big difference in my hospital experience.
