I started seeing Charlene in 2013 for chronic stomach pain. Her FDN program has changed my life! I had been to numerous doctors before and no one has ever been able to identify the problem until I met Charlene. She was completely committed to finding the root of the cause during this process instead of just chasing symptoms. I am now pain free! I also have a deeper knowledge of my body and how to keep it functioning properly. Throughout the years, I have also seen Charlene for massage therapy for back pain. I now go to her every month for maintenance and I can definitely tell a difference in the way I feel. I even sleep better. She is the BEST in her work and I recommend everyone to go see her - She's life changing!

I can't say enough AMAZING things about Charlene @ Body Work Concept. Charlene has been massaging me for 4+ years. I see her every 4 weeks. If I miss an appointment my body cry's for her. I was in a very serious scooter accident years ago. I had many massages therapists work on me, but nothing or no body can fix me back to "normal" like Charlene. She listens to my needs and is always thinking of how she can help one step further. She is strong and very talented. She does not grind your bones to show her strength, she checks in, she is great at reading her clients if you want to talk or if you want to be silent and enjoy your massage. AMAZING!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND HER 10 TIMES OVER!

Charlene has done wonders to help with back issues, posture problems, and stress. Recently, she fired up the nutrition side and has led me down a path to better understand that my body has serious reactions to some foods and is helping me to adjust my diet. She has gone to great lengths to spend extra time to explain these big changes, what the problems mean on a practical and physiological level. It's rare to see someone go this far and do so much to help. Living downtown, it isn't the ideal drive, but worth every minute.

Nearly 3 years ago, I visited Charlene because I woke up with debilitating pain in my neck and shoulder. That same day, Charlene gave me a deep tissue massage to help relieve the pain. After an MRI proved that my nerves were being compromised from narrowing of my spinal cord around my C5 & C6 discs, I began a MyoKinesthetics treatment program with Charlene to balance my posture, restore my strength and abolish my pain. Admittedly, I was very skeptical that a MyoKinesthetics treatment program could restore my muscle strength and alleviate my pain. However, after just three weeks of the treatment program, my pain was fully gone and I began to gain strength in the muscles that were previously atrophied and weak. I am no longer skeptical about the health benefits a MyoKinesthetics treatment program can provide! Additionally, I could sense that Charlene genuinely cared about my progress and overall health, and from that, I felt very assured and comforted that she could be a tremendous help in my pursuit of sustaining a healthy body.

Over 2 years ago I walked into Charlene's office almost out of hope due to the daily burden of powerful headaches. I also suffered total body pain for years since being diagnosed with Lupus. I thought that I had to subject myself to the fact that my life was going to be ruled by debilitating pain. I thank God for Charlene and the work that she does. She truly is not only a massage therapist, but a massage healer. That's right - she has the gift of healing. She got to the source of my pain and has set me free from daily headaches and debilitating pain. Not only have I been blessed by her gift, but she also has worked miracles on my 15 year old son who was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She worked diligently on him to help him meet his goal. His goal and desire to play football. Once again, she crushed my disbelief and took my son from a sedentary life to being able to meet his goal of being on the JV football team! Thanks to Charlene Rayers my son and I are able to live our lives to the fullest!

Charlene is a true joy to work with. She is very talented in her craft and has resolved issues for me on the spot. I would recommend her to anyone looking!
