Bodywise Physical Therapy

I generally arrive early for my scheduled appointments at Bodywise Physical Therapy in Westminster to allow time for loosening of the affected limb. I see the patients leave after their sessions and today I realized that everyone leaving appeared to be relaxed and smiling. My surgical recovery has been greatly enhanced by the preop and postop care customized for me by a highly skilled Physical Therapist. Thank you Rayann Greer, PT DPT. Quality care is evident here. Great facility with a dazzling array of equipment. <br>Each member of the Bodywise Team that has attended to my needs has always been great, ranging from treatment, scheduling, education, questions, special requests, insurance, communication with Physicians and so much more. That's a lot to smile about.

I just want to say how happy I am that I came to Bodywise. Earlier this year I may have overdid it a bit running (6 marathons in 6 days) and ended up with an injured back. I was in a fair amount of pain with sciatica which ended up being from a herniated disc. With Rayann's "magic" I was able to get the pain under control and avoided surgery and any injections. The real magic was that I gave her my goal to be back running by August so I could get a few training runs in before the Berlin marathon which I had been planning for almost a year. Rayann gave me lots of great stretches and strengthening exercises that helped me quickly recover. Not only did I finish the Berlin marathon in September, I also completed my 50th marathon in West Virginia in November 2018 and over 30 minutes faster than Berlin. Many thanks to Rayann at Bodywise for getting me back out there running again!
