BodySpec® Santa Clara

I worked with JT, they were very professional and kind! The entire process of the DEXA scan was also efficient (took about 10 minutes) and stress free. The office was overall clean and tidy as well. Would definitely use their services again!

Seamless and smooth experience. Gavin helped with the scan all the way, talking and guiding through the DEXA Body scan process. Scan takes 6-8 minutes head to toe. My appointment was in the morning, hadn’t had anything to eat or drink. No metal allowed on the body while scan is ongoing. Comfortable clothes are best for the scan. Just arrive on time, and you are all set.

Had previously given them a 1 star for their technicians not being there when I had my appointment. They apologized and gave me free credit when they heard about the issue. That's good customer service and deserved another chance Subsequent visits have been good - friendly and easy going technicians. Their measurements can change slightly based on how they set the body segments, resulting in a one star drop.

I was really looking forward to my Body Spec appointment but was very disappointed with the experience. I arrived 8 minutes late and was turned away due to their strict 5-minute late policy, even though it was my first time and the building is difficult to find. I understand the importance of punctuality, but a little flexibility, especially for new clients navigating a tricky location, would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad impression, and I don’t think I’ll be returning

The new BodySpec in Santa Clara is so nice, clean, and fancy! The ambiance makes me feel relaxed and at peace. JT is a phenomenal technician and I’m so glad there’s a new physical location in the Bay Area.

Have been scanning with bodyspec pretty regularly for the last 6 months. I was so relieved when i found that they opened this new location. I have enjoyed my 2 scans here. Staff is really welcoming and have been accommodating if i reach earlier than my scheduled appointment.

New client, so not sure what to expect. Santa Clara location was clean, welcoming, and professional. I was greeted by J.T., who was pleasant and answered all my question in a relaxed, but professional manner. Scan itself was easy and painless. Great experience and very efficient. In and out in ~10 minutes! I'm looking forward to seeing my results, and visiting again for regular scans.

I had an excellent experience. The process was very quick (<10 minutes) and the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. I received the report in less than 30 minutes, and it was very thorough and comprehensive. To top it off, the cost is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this, service if you are curious about getting a detailed understanding of your body composition.
