I cannot stress enough how fantastic my own experience has been! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chrissy, Carlos, and Brianna. The physical therapists and staff are friendly, upbeat, extremely knowledgable behind the how and why of every exercise, highly attentive to your concerns and needs, professional but never uptight, supportive, encouraging, and fun to be around. They are highly flexible around your schedule needs (earliest time slot starting 7am, latest starting 5pm). You will never feel left in the dark or unsupported by their team. I’ve watched the breadth of their abilities working with patients of any age group, including young children. It seems that every patient loves coming here too. I highly recommend you ask your physician to refer you to this Bodycentral on Speedway.

As I climbed up Pistol Hill on my 10th Tour de Tucson, all I was thinking about was a chance to sit down and remove my biking shoes to give my aching feet a break. I made it to the top, found a tiny bit of shade and took off the shoes. I was surprised and THRILLED to discover that Aid Station #4 was staffed with PTs from Bodycentral! Michael introduced himself, invited me to sit on the table in the tent, and proceeded to work on my feet. Ten minutes later, I had happy feet and a much better attitude about the rest of the ride. He also gave me some exercises to do to strengthen my feet for future rides and climbs. Thank you, Michael and Bodycentral! ❤️😄❤️👣

I got for pelvic floor therapy at the Speedway location. Gabby is the absolute best. I’ve been going to see her for pelvic floor therapy weekly since November. She has helped me so much & she is always the best to talk to. All of the stretches, tips, & advice she gives has helped me tremendously since November!!

Such a positive experience! Chrissy, Carlos and the entire team from reception to assistants were outstanding….professional, caring and friendly! Having worked in health care for 43 years, I can confidently say….GREAT JOB!!!

I currently go to Speedway/Alvernon location. It is spacious and clean. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming! I've worked with Emilio, Oscar and Rebecca, all 3 are unique, but very good at what they do! Communication is paramount in these situations and I feel the staff is concerned for my welfare and well being. Highly recommend!! Jodi

Chrissy and her staff are amazing. Her knowledge, experience, and genuine care for her patients makes every visit so valuable. Everyone is so personable making every visit a positive experience. Chrissy provides a variety of exercises to do in the clinic and at home, offering video examples and printed versions if needed to help treatment move along to feel better. She communicates so clearly about expectations and possible outcomes and is so supportive throughout treatment. I highly recommend!

Love Gabi and Rebecca! Great with kids, great tips. My son gets overwhelmed easily and they work well with him. He’s made progress with a urinary concern.
