Bodycentral Physical Therapy - Tucson & Physical Therapy Oro Valley Orthopaedic and Neurological Rehabilitation Center

Let me express a great deal of disappointment regarding Bodycentral Physical Therapy inability to process pertinent information in a timely manner. My primary referral was on or around doctor visit (August 27). Bodycentral elected to wait until the day before my session (October 2nd) to inform me that they are out of network with my Blue Cross / Blue Shield insurance. Why was I not informed of this simple fact back in August. I have endured everyday pain for more than a month, awaiting my scheduled appointment, only to be made aware of of an insurance issue, less than 24 hours prior to visit. If this company is failing on such simple matters, I fear on how they are actually doing on providing treatment. Hopefully this helps patients considering this company.

Great therapists, lots of space, many appt options and a calm and peaceful vibe. Knowledgeable and empathetic therapists. After 50 years of physical therapy I'm learning new ways to treat my body gently with exercise and daily activities. Highly recommend Body Central, so glad I found them!

Great place! My dad goes to do PT and he is so happy with the service. He is always so motivated to go since he has built relationships with each oneof the personnel. They are so kind and professional.

I've been to the location on River Rd. for two separate referrals. I recently had brain surgery and am having balance issues plus working on my knee pain from Osteoarthritis. I go to Body Central because of the Therapists and Assistants. The knowledgeable, friendly and kind staff are the reasons i continue to go there. My son has received excellent therapy since going to this facility. He was injured 28 1/2 years and has went to numerous facilities and never received such positive improvement. The staff are dedicated to their clients.
