I have been going to Body Therapeutics for over four years now. I go once a week and it really helps me. After years of searching I am happy to have found what has worked for me and has helped me with my pain. I get acupuncture once a week and it has been helping. Some days are better than others but I find that working with Mike for massage, and Karina, Michelle, and Allie for acupuncture has been the most helpful. Her method might be a little deeper and to some more painful than working with other acupuncturists but I have found the most relief with it. At first, some needles feel like a little pinch but it eases up for those wondering how acupuncture feels like. All the acupuncturists there are amazing and have their own little tricks. I look forward to going to acupuncture every week and it has helped me become who I used to be. I feel more like myself ever since I have been going here. Everyone here has been so helpful. I highly recommend.

I started visiting Jen at body theraputics when dealing with infertility after a miscarriage. I looked forward to every appointment as my favorite time of the week! I became pregnant with my son and went all pregnancy long and it helped me and my body feel the best it could during pregnancy! I highly recommend coming here for acupuncture or massage as I definitely have taken advantage of that as well!!

Body Therapeutics has been an amazing add to Shrewsbury. I’ve been there numerous times for acupuncture. I was new to it but they made me feel comfortable and the therapists were very knowledgeable. It really helped with arm pain and headaches I was having. I also had cupping done which I find so impactful in soothing my tight and sore muscles. I have also been for deep tissue massages with Chris. He’s the real deal for deep tissue - highly recommend. What I particularly love about this place is their central location is Shrewsbury. Easy to get to, scheduling appointments is a breeze, and great professionals across a range of services.

I decided to try acupuncture for allergy and asthma issues almost 1 month ago. I chose Tycho Sajkowicz because he was the only acupuncturist who took my insurance and has excellent credentials. Now, regardless of insurance, I would choose Tycho. Not only has my breathing improved, but he has addressed other issues including eye, shoulder pain and high BP. Tycho is skilled, caring and extremely thorough, always asking questions and looking for the root cause. I also had a massage with Bree and her method was gentle, almost more like acupressure and very effective. I look forward to exploring other services here as the location is great, the staff welcoming and their holistic approach is in line with mine.

Body Therapeutics has been there for me for years as I suffer from severe insomnia and anxiety. It’s transformed my wellness in a way I can’t explain in words.
