Paula is an amazing trainer who goes above and beyond for her clients. She is truly an expert in several fields, whether it's strength building, cardio or nutrition. She just opened a new location and the gym is really state-of-the-art! Aesthetically, everything looks really nice and clean. It's a lot of equipment but she's happy to guide everyone through them so they know what they're doing. If you're looking to get in better shape, Paula will help in a way that will change your well-being.
