I had an ACL reconstruction and medial meniscus repair on December 29th. I have been coming to physical therapy twice a week since day 5 post-op. Julie, Ish and Desiree have given me a variety of challenging exercises to do while I am here and at home. Julie’s magic hands work on my muscles while being sensitive to the deep bruising. I love the friendly and comedic environment. As an aside, they always have something cool on TV!

The Body Solution Team was so patient and great to work with during my therapy. I acutely looked froward to my sessions in their office. I have referred friend's and family since, and they have share their great experiences , too. THANK YOU TEAM BODY SOLUTIONS for helping me feel STRONG again!!!

Shoutout to Julie, Ish, Dom, Destinee for helping me get to where I wanted to be so quickly! After breaking my femur, they had me surfing again in 2 months. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back if I need PT again.

BODY SOLUTIONS IS the place you want to be for all your therapy needs. I have been going on and off since they opened from my husband to myself. The staff are trained to perfection and the owners Julie and Ish are truly one of a kind, knowledgeable, caring and get you back to normal. Kudos, A+++ for therapy.

As I get older, I need more and more physical therapy. Julie and her staff do a great job of getting me back to near normal!
