Body Mechanicx Sports Therapy

If you are in need of a massage, cupping, assisted stretch, reflexology, injury therapy-this is your place. We recently held an event at Buono’s Pizza in Gilbert and Melinda and Tyrell came and gave out massages and did stretching to the people that were at the event. They truly know their stuff!

My husband and I were referred to this clinic for our knee issues. It was unlike any service by any practitioner we have ever experienced. This form of practice employed many modalities. Elaine is an abusive business owner, who treats her employees terribly in the lack of communication and the way she speaks to them. Not only that but she doesn’t like to pay her employees and make changes to things and doesn’t say anything like hours and docking peoples pay. She needs to be stopped! I wish I could leave 0 stars but sadly I have to leave a one star not like she deserves it. She’s treated MANY of her employees this way! It’s reparative and I feel sorry for anyone who is “employed” by her…. BEWARE!!!

I have been going to Body Mechanicx for maybe 7 or 8 years. Started going there when I hurt my shoulder doing Jiu Jitsu. Elaina got my shoulder functioning again. They have also been a big part of keeping me in one piece. I could walk in there and they would what is wrong without me saying anything. I am very thankful to have them. Thank you

Body Mechanicx is the place you only hope to find and when you do, your life gets better! I leave feeling taller and pain free after my treatments with Elaina and Tyrell. They are gifted in their understanding of the body and ways to eliminate pain and tension while facilitating better movement. Mechanical cupping devices are often used (with permission) to help to get muscles and fascia moving more freely. Sessions are individualized and based on the state of body....never a cookie cutter massage. I've worked with chiropractors and massage therapists for many years and I can say with authority that this is the place people only hope to find. The therapy here is well above that of any spa or chiro office I know.

I got injured at one of those body stretching places years ago. My joy of running was crushed. I tried resting my injury for a long period of time, with zero relief. My doctor recommended that I give deep muscle therapy a try. Thank goodness I found Body Mechanicx! Elaina and her crew (Melinda, Tyrell, and Nichole) are AMAZING!! I have been a member for over a year and my body is better than ever! I even have my husband on a membership plan for all his aches and pains. He never misses a session! Have seen Tyrell numerous occasions and I feel the best after. Working through hip flexor and tendon issues. Highly recommend seeing him.
